I have used this for previous tax years and this year it preformed as needed! Easy to use and helps to get you maximum refund.

I was very disappointed that an obscure requirement to file electronically. You must provide an item from previous years return (total taxable income, or something like that). My eFile was rejected because I could not find my copy of my previous years return. I mailed mine return in without this requirement getting in the way. The only problem is paid the $65 for the convenience of eFile which I did not get. I will not be using Turbo Tax in the future. As the cost has gone up over the years and the service they are providing is declining in my opinion.

I have been doing my taxes for years. I am glad that Turbo tax exist. Cheaper for me to do than someone else.

I go back and forth between turbotax and h&r each year depending on which one I can get cheaper. Turbotax is better in every dimension.

If you' re doing your own taxes, you are crazy not to use TurboTax. It makes the process so much easier than doing your taxes long hand.

We have used Turbo tax for as long as i can remember and it is a program. The only down side is that you have to pay to file state taxes

I did not know what I wanted to buy exactly, however, the sales person was great and explained the different software packages to me.

Turbo tax is my go to for doing my taxes! Was easy to find in the store and on sale. I was able to use my reward points too! Hate having to pay 20.00 more to file state electronically.

Best Buy has courteous staff who accepted the price match from Walmart. Love the TurboTax softeare. Finished my tax filing with it.

Works well but if you are over 70 & 1/2 you need to be able to answer questions about the RMD for pensions, IRA's, annuities etc.

Great software with step by step instructions on how to get the biggest savings on your hard earned money. Also e-files for you.

Have used TurboTax with State return included for years and like that we can file both federal and state returns simultaneously.

Bought this cd to file my taxes. And i didnt expect that it can be used for 5 tax filings. Great deal for a great price.

the program has worked for the past however many years.. if you do you're own taxes, better than using a "free service"

The product has always been great, but this time after trying to send the state return three times I had to print it and send it by mail. They also charged my credit card on each attempt and I had to request a refund.

I have used TurboTax to do my taxes for over 8 years. I find it to be an efficient and easy way to complete my taxes.

Installing and picking a state is straight forward and have always found this software pretty easy to use, though the online filing charge from turbo tax is annoying.

Programming worked properly and asked all the questions, I don't know why people pay people to do their taxes anymore
