Super easy, step by step. It includes state for free.

Good program for doing federal and state taxes.....

Have used turbo tax practically forever to complete my taxes with no issue. However, this year for 2016 taxes I could not get it to work as previous years. Purchased the Premier product. Seems there is an issue with Windows 10 that has not been resolved. The individual turbo tax frames would not load. All windows updates were properly completed. Tried customer support link which sends you to an area other than turbo tax. WTF! TURBO TAX UPDATES SHOULD INCLUDE RESOLVE FOR ISSUES WITH OPERATING SYSTEMS! Finished my taxes using the product but will think twice about using it next year. Highly disappointed in what seemed to be a minor resolve by the turbo tax team.

I started using Turbo a long time ago and switched to HR Block for years. Since a Quicken update was due thought I would give Turbo Tax another change. Next year back to HR Block.

turbo tax itself didn't help solve issues we had with taxes due not being withdrawn in time for deadline. Filed 10 days before deadline and wasn't notified until after tax day deadline of the error which made us pay penalty.

TurboTax does not let you choose the state & automatically selects your state even if it has no income tax, when I wanted a different state it was 25 minutes on a phone. :-(

Another fine entry in Turbo Tax product offering. If you've been using Turbo Tax over the years, this one will not disappoint as it is essentially the same product.

...I was pleased 'til I got to the part soliciting add-ons for additional fees for help which I thought should've been included with the "Deluxe" suite!

The efile was fast, no printing required. Had to contact turbotax to see how some aspects operated. They were very helpful.

It's ok for the most part but they make it complicated and doesn't interact well with previous returns. Also when it gets rejected it doesn't tell you the exact reason, you have to go through many steps before you figure out why. I also left my phone number so I could get help and they never called me. Will not recommend.

Had lots of problems with a glitch in the program which after a lengthy hold and phone conversation with Turbo Tax. They are aware of the glitch but no update to fix as of this review. If you are a dependent of someone else it keeps sending you back to the insurance section of the program. There is no way to get it to review your return before you efile. A royal pain!!!

They changed the app some and what they give. Only one free state now. Hr block online seems the way to go

I did not tax return using this software but some part of the tax return was not as straight forward...

TurboTax works, but it leaves many questions unanswered relegating them to a grey area of uncertainty.

State was not working. Had to wait weeks for update. Kept writing do not file on return

Had trouble with the hsa part of the program, going to go to tax pro instead.
