Not as good as last year.

Also when I printed it out some of the pages were not readable. It was saved in microsoft word. Maybe windows 10 was the problem. I would not recommend unless they reverted back to previous versions of TurboTax..

Charged for state tax

Trying to get it resolved but they make it next to impossible and no response. Any money you saved with coupon or discount is not worth it because you pay in the end.

Defective Turbotax disc

After talking to Turbotax techs (7 times- 3 hang ups and 5 techs) over a 4 week period I finally found out that some Turbotax discs sold at Best Buy and Costco had bugs or defects that would not allow efiling of state returns. Why was there not some action taken by Best Buy to recall these discs?
