Still the easiest and cheapest way for me to do my taxes

I have been using this product for the last 15 years. User friendly, making it so easy to use. Does just a good of a job if you were to have it done at the tax office, but is only 20% of the cost. If you have any questions, they can all be answered within the software or you can call someone live, on the phone. Doesn't get any better.

Like a lot of people I procrastinate working on my annual tax returns. Each year that I use Turbotax I say to myself "why did I wait!. It is so easy! The software is extremely user friendly and takes no time at all to use. Within a week of using Turbotax my state and federal refunds were electronically deposited in my bank account.

This is my preferred program for taxes, and something that everyone should use. Only go deluxe if you need to deduct an itemized list of things, so that you can make sure you get the most back. If not, you can save $15 buying the basic program. Also, check the other sites, as best buy will price match whatever is lowest out there.

We have used this product for the past 4 years and have found it to be thorough for each tax,Federal and State. In one year we had moved between states and while it cost for the extra state, the moving expenses more than compensated. As you file each yea it becomes easier as you are aware of the inputs and what to keep and sort.

I have been using TurboTax each year for many years, it is always easy to use and efficient. I had a problem one year with a tricky tax situation which the Deluxe version could not handle, so tried a competitor but that did even worse at sorting it out. Every other year has been no problem and makes the process less of a chore.

I typically use the website and just file that way, but I think I saved a few dollars buying this while it was on sale. I actually found it easier to use than doing it on the TurboTax website and am pretty sure it helped me save a ton on my taxes with some additional prompts that I did not recall seeing on the website.

Very easy to install! No hiccups! Any one can follow the easy steps to install and the instructions to file their taxes are simple and you can save your file and return when more documents arrive prior to e-filing your taxes! Up to five e-filing federal and state taxes, but you must pay for the 4 additional state taxes.

Walks you right through your taxes my only complaint is the efile is not included you have to pay extra to E file the state

Turbotax is very easy to use and understand. The program walks you through each tax section. All you have to do is have all your information available and input it in the program in each section. Turbo tax walks you through eac category of th federal and state taxes. It will get you your maximum deduction or refund.

I have used Turbo Tax for several years. I've had no problems at all with the Program. Very easy to use. No need to pay for someone else to fill out my taxes. I do not like having to pay to file State taxes, but it is easier to file electronically instead of mailing the forms. However, I think it is a State issue.

basic and solid tax software for simple to medium complex tax filings. would not recommend it if you have a lot of forms

Have used Turbo Tax for over 14 years with superior results. Easy to use and worth the cost. If you need it, online help is available. They even have an 800 number for more technical help if you need it. Best Buy usually has the best price and their staff is always available for help if you have any questions.

Been a dedicated Turbotax user for 15+ years. Due to changes in the OS, I do recommend saving the final as a PDF instead of leaving it in tax format. If you need a copy of a return a couple years from now, This years TTax may not work with whatever OS is current then, Beyond that caveat, product works well

I love Turbo Tax and i buy this program each year from Best Buy. I had rather buy the program than to download - which to always seem to be a problem. I do recommend Turbo Tax because it is easy to understand and efficient. We can get help if needed and they will do a free e-file for your Federal Tax.

I've used Turbotax for about 10 years. It saves a lot of time to be able to carry over all the information from previous years. It is well organized and the step-by-step process is easy to follow and simplifies the process. The E-file is a snap and this year I had a refund that I received in 2-1/2 weeks.

Easy to use, accurate, have been using for years. Wish that the state tax filing was still included in the price.
