TurboTax makes a good product...no doubt. It is very comprehensive! But be aware of the add on charges if you have to file in more than 1 state. It essentially doubles the cost of the product/return. It shouldn't be that costly. So it's not a good value. I'm comparing it to my tax preparer (who's retired) who only charged me the price of the main product and not for every state form I had to file. TB borders on price gouging. This is nothing on Best Buy who had it ready when I got to the store. Thanks, Best Buy!

I have been using TurboTax for many years.Turbo tax can be difficult use. Sometimes some of the forms don’t work. I only use TurboTax because of the continuity with previous years

Smooth, quick install on Win 7 and Win 10. Have not tried on MAC platform, so no comment on that.
