I am using this for my home office. Able to connect my office laptop and personal laptop to Single monitor and a wireless keyboard/mouse. This is simple to install and easy to use. The only thing I noticed is the lag time for switching the keyboard and mouse is 2-3 seconds.

It would be perfect if only it switched HDMI. Despite the fact that it only handles VGA and USB; this works great for me because I use it to switch USB keyboard & mouse with the push of a button. My flat panel has two HDMI inputs, so I can view either PC by changing inputs.

Have business and personal computers, but no space for two monitors and keyboards. This solved my problem

This works beautifully. I am able to flick a switch so that I can work on two different computers using the same display. Allows me to switch between laptop (on a dock) and desktop with ease. No unplugging and plugging connections after this is set up.

The kvm switch was easy to connect and works as advertised. The wires for the USB connections are to short. My laptop has the monitor connection on one side and USB connections on the other side. I had to buy extensions to reach the other side.

I have a program which will only run on XP - though I've managed to continue to use it with my newer Windows 10 computer. A recent Windows 10 update rendered my program unusable. Thankfully I saved my old computer and can now easily switch back and forth as needed.

Convenient in regards to not having to have multiple keyboards and mouse on your desk at once.

The IOGear KVM is a great 2 PCs to one keyboard/mouse/monitor adapter. It is very easy to hook up and easy to use. From unboxing till completely set up is less than 10 minutes. I recommend this to anyone that requires two PC's at one desk. Much easier than wrestling with two keyboards and mice.

Easy to use, comes with all required cabling.I use it to switch between computers I'm working at on my workbench when fixing other peoples computers. Comes with 4 usb cables (2 ports shared between both computers) and 2 VGA cables to attach to both computers.

I really enjoy using it. Works without worry. My old switch used a keyboard shortcut that sometimes didn't switxch without several tries. Now this mechanical switch never misses a bit.

Definitely quick speed. Highly recommended if you have netflix and dont want a cable bill.

It did what it was supposed to do. If you need one, buy it. Or don't, it's up to you.

Wanted a kvm for my home computer vs work laptop that i could use a wireless keyboard and mouse with. This one works great. Just be careful not to drip something heavr so the button wire snaps the cord. Wire is to tiny to fix and had to buy a replacement.

Works very well for two computer monitors. Will recommend it.

This switch which allows the use of one monitor and one mouse and keyboard between two computers is easily installed; but has a bad habit of the monitor cutting off mid project. (I tried two monitors; both had same result). It is well built and sturdy; not plastic.

I built a second computer but didn't want to buy a second monitor for it. This switch works perfectly to let me use my keyboard, mouse and monitor for both computers. Very easy to connect to both computers and works flawlessly.
