I'm not very good with electronics, but i wanted to save the cost of printing thousands of negatives. This scanner is literally foolproof. I love it. I have scanned about 500 negatives and saved them on my laptop at a savings that made the scanner free.

As the other reviews reported this product does a great job reproducing the images, but the slides have to be placed exactly or they jam after 5 or so slides. We haven't been able to scan 15 slides at a time.

first tried this product and find it to do the job. my slides were starting to deteriate and needed to do something to save them.The ion film machine was the best idea. It works very well. I recomend this product to anyone who needs save slides.

Don't count on the software to work for you. But the good news is you don't need the software to get the pictures on your hard drive. Did what i needed it to do.

We have had slides from over 30 years discarded as a result of using this scanner. Easy to use and result is much more shareable than slides.

Slide insertion tray constantly jams up and it also drops two slides at a time even after you adjust it.

This tool has been wonderful for me as I use it to convert old family slides to digital format to preserve them for future generations.

This scanner is an efficient, quick way to transfer old slides or negatives! I have wanted to transfer my father's old slides for ages, but it was just too labor intensive with my old CanoScan flatbed scanner. This is great, and fast. The only thing I wish is that it had some sort of "eject" tab to remove the slides from the tray when you are done or if you have inserted them incorrectly. Other than that, it's fabulous!

Love this! It lets you see what us there and de ide if you want to save it and saves to a card which U.S. included! Easy set up !

Use figure 35 millimeter scans but other than that very limited

great product, i reccomend to anybody who has slides or negetive film.

The product is easy to use and allows me to pack up my slides, yet see what I filmed over the years.

Great for downloading and looking at slides. Just wish you could view on the computer while doing it instead of having to save it a card.

This product for the lrice is better t h an expected and the colora so far are brilliant.

I have been shooting slide film since the 1960,s. None of the current generation want to watch a slide show anymore, so conversion to digital images is necessary, especially if you didn't use KODACHROME(R) film. Color deterioration is already evident, so the scanner has become a means of preservation for my images.

Took awhile to get used to stacking the slides for optimum viewing but once set up works very well, have used it for slides in 3 formats, 35mm, Kodak 110 and 2x2the software requires adjusting when moving between formats but otherwise works very well. This device is well worth the money and has allowed us to salvage some very old sldes from the 50s and 60s to share with family and friends.

Works easy did all my old slides and negatives from my navy days 25 years ago

Take old negatives, scan them, and save them on your PC. Works awesome
