The produce is fairly easy to use. Found the feeder would cut off heads of many pics. Would not recommend.

Purchased this to review some very old slides and the ability to copy and reprint, works well

Arc Soft failure by design. No usable support by the producer. The color acuity and resolution of the device itself is marginal. Took it back to Best Buy. Now, all I have is a $156.00 store credit, which I am highly unlikely to use.

It's a wonderful thing to be able to transfer my slides to digital jpegs!! So far, it's done a great job.

Great for converting negatives to digital. Especially for old photographs.

Enclosed directions are not clear to this user. Still haven't figured out how to scan negatives or how to create a positive.

It worked, but not well enough to keep. Frustratingly small screen, not always responsive capture button. I returned mine.

I'm sure it works but was not what I needed.it takes too much work to use the slides.

The color of the slides I scanned was terrible. It was more than just a light or dark adjustment, and I would have had to do extensive work on each one in Photoshop to get it to a better place. I decided to just have my slides scanned where they have a commercial scanner instead of wasting so much time trying to get it right with one like this.

I would rate it zero stars, or even negative, if I could. I bought this for my wife and she hated it. It is so cumbersome and such a pain to use, that I can only recommend it if you don't like the person you are giving to and you don't care if it works. I could not return it fast enough. Do not buy. Repeat, do not buy. Pay a professional and be done with it. Over priced, cheaply made, pile of worthlessness. Any questions?

I was looking for a convenient was to load old slide to my computer. The first slide got stuck, and I had an awful time getting it out without ruining the slide. When I finally got one in, it was very difficult to see the slide through the viewer.

Was told by sales clerk that this was the only device to scan slides. I tried it....it is VERY cheap and my slides frequently got stuck. Did some research and found another unit (much BETTER and does more), still from Best Buy, that I could have bought. Unfortunately, it is now past the 15 days where I could return it. So now I'm stuck with it ;-(
