Bought these as a pair and kept one in box for a few months. Used one right out of the box and was great until a few months later it wouldnt charge. So I took out the one and right out of the box it wouldnt hold a charge. Emailed support and still havent received a response. The pandemic isnt helping but used less than a year and they dont work?? Not worth the money and ion support is worthless.

I bought two of these speakers as a Father's day gift for my husband. After a month and a half only one speaker works and the other one will not turn on even though it says that it is charged. I reached out to Ion customer support and got an automated answering machine and emailed them as well and got nowhere. If both speakers still worked I would highly recommend, but now I am worried the second one may stop working as well

I have had this product since the beginning of summer, probably June 1st. I bought it to use around our pool and for entertainment. It's now July 21st. It worked the first couple weeks and then stopped. It won't charge either by solar panel or AC. It won't connect via Bluetooth to my IPhone or my wife's Google Pixel (a house divided). It's Junk! It might work for an indoor speaker, if you want a speaker that looks like a rock in your house. I should have known better!

I like the rock speaker design. But it did not do what I wanted it to do.

Used the speaker a couple of times on nice sunny days. Left it outside to charge, we had a rain shower and now it doesn’t work. I have tried to manually charge with no luck. I read the directions when I purchased the speaker and rain was fine. Not bad pouring storms very disappointed.

It's too early to rate this. We need more sunlight and nice weather.

Was very excited to purchase for my husband And originally the sound was great in our backyard. Then it stopped working. It would not take Enough charge, even with the cable. Unfortunately, had to return.
