Purchased to listen to Indy 500 on 5-25-19. Worked Great. Put up in a dry place. On 6-23-19 Got it out and it would not turn on. Charged for 5 hours, Still nothing. Returned to store on 6-24-19 and told had to deal with manufacturer after 14 days. This was not a BEST BUY. On hold with ION for over 2 hours finally gave up. Will keep calling and repost if needed. Overall speaker worked good for the 5 hours we used it. Works out to $20.00 an hour if no one will make good on product. Beyond Disappointed.

This is the 2nd solar stone I purchased. Unfortunately it stopped working after 8 months which is out of warranty. Multiple attempts to receive a callback from the manufacturer’s support desk failed. They will not answer inquiries and then they send you a survey asking what your experience was with their help desk without them ever having contacted you. Awful customer service from ION Audio. Very disappointed and am now wondering when the first unit I bought will break.

Battery wouldn’t charge after half dozen uses. Submitted multiple service requests and waited on phone for 30 mins. Finally got an email telling me to contact a repair shop. No further help or response to my questions. I was within the 90 day battery warranty. Their website doesn’t have the battery for replacement so I found one elsewhere online for $35. Very disappointed!

Have had speakers for 3 weeks and have exchanged 3. Emailed ION and no response. Best Buy has been great so far.

Bought 3 and 1 out of 3 still works. The solar panels got super dry and peeled off

Biggest piece of junk! I bought 3 and one quit working about 30 days after purchase! Don't plan on having ION respond to emails or phone calls! The worst customer service I've ever seen! Ion has their website set up so you cannot contact the warranty or service dept! The sound is ok ....fair...but don't waste your money!

Very little use and died!! Shameful should haves lasted longer

I had this speaker three weeks and it no longer holds a charge, and the solar also does not work. Best Buy’s 15-day return policy expired and I’m out of luck. Contacted ION online, filed an inquiry, and not a peep from them. Seriously, do not waste your time or money.

I am stickler for good speakers and these just aren't good. The idea of them is really cool, but their quality is poor. I recommend saving up and setting up a good outdoor set up, possibly from JBL who offers outdoor speakers.

Purchased this to use in our office, so it wasn't out in the weather. It was not used every day and already has issues. The blue tooth will not even come on so you can search the device let alone connect to it.

Very disappointing that these are supposed to be outdoor. Went to plug in the speaker since the “solar” portion wasn’t charging enough even though it was in direct sunlight and it shocked me. Now won’t turn on or charge

Wouldn't turn off and now we can't turn it on. Tried keeping it plugged in and with solar power - neither worked. Also sent an email to the company and never heard back from them.

The speakers worked well the first summer but the next year they didn't work. I tried to contact the manufactures support but never received a response.

Got 2 of these for my backyard. Worked and sounded good at first. But 2 weeks after I purchased then one just plays static and you can barely hear the other one.

Bought this thinking it would be prefect for outdoor music- all the sudden stopped working after a few weeks.

Not good!!! It last about two hours and goes dead!! Then you plug it in and last about 30 min!!

The speakers must be kept at a low volume or it sounds distorted. Very poor sound quality.

In line with the other reviews, it quit after 6 weeks. I will be returning it.

Turns off wi fi every 5 minutes. Wasted money. No good

45 dollars to send back would not buy another speaker from this company
