This portable bluetooth speaker packs a good deal for its price. My favorite feature is that it has an AM/FM tuner, which I've never seen on a bluetooth speaker. It connected to my phone very easily and kept a strong signal until I went down to the basement, at which point there was some stuttering. The bass is a little much for indoor use, but I can see how it could be necessary when used outdoors. The speaker seems very well-constructed and sturdy. Although, the rubber waterproofing plugs have very small tabs to keep them attached that look like they will break with regular use. Along with the radio tuner, the speaker also features a USB port for charging purposes and an auxiliary/ microphone input. The mic input features its own volume button so you can sing along with your favorite tunes or turn the music down to make announcements at your tailgate. The battery seems pretty decent. After a full charge I left the radio on all day while at work and still had more than 75% battery life. Granted, bluetooth will use power quicker, but keeping the unit plugged in isn't supposed to harm the battery. Another great feature is that this is water resistant (when not plugged in.) My only real criticism for the speaker would be that it can't produce a stereo output (one woofer and one tweeter) and that the radio can only be controlled on the speaker itself. It would be nice if there were an app that could control the radio and volume, but that would also probably greatly increase the price.

Good sound but poor battery life and couldn’t handle juicing up on iPad very far at all. Needed it for hurricanes on the gulf coast and it’s a dud for my needs.

Besides the lack of bass the speaker is a really good buy

I got this radio so I could listen to my playlists on my iPhone over Bluetooth while at work. I was intrigued by the 50 hours of battery life that advertised but it probably only gets 15-20 hours of battery life.

The Bluetooth on this speaker works great. The FM tuner doesn’t pick up stations very good. It would help if it had a telescoping antenna. It gets loud enough for a small gathering outside but not for a block party.
