We had a reunion event and I needed a compact, portable device that would save us time, effort and money. This came through with flying colors. The Bluetooth feature worked effortlessly to provide great background music. Also loved the fact that it works on battery power as we did not always have a power outlet available.

Good sound clear bass very loud. It is portable too

I’ve owned it for about 8 months now and it’s the best thing ever! I’ve taken it to the beach, ranch, camping, river etc!! The sound quality is awesome and the charge lasts for a long time! I use this all the time in my backyard instead of sonos, echo and other speakers.

Although I do like the size of the speaker, and easiness of traveling with it since its light and has wheels, you have to remain close for the Bluetooth to work, and that can be frustrating. It isn't very loud in a large space but good for home and small gatherings.

Sound is clear although doesn’t seem to be as loud as Job Rocker. Clearer at max volume though! Says 100 Watts but I think that means it can handle up to if you plug in an accessory. I use it at work so loud environment. I would buy again only on sale.

I am very please with this unit, it has great sound and the battery life is excellent. Connection to my Echo Dot for outside music was simple. Microphone is a nice addition and can be used for announcements, but also some sing along fun.

Great value. Good sound. Really good battery. I bought this so I could listen to music while sitting around my fire pit with friends. This did not disappoint. I use it every weekend at least 4 hours per day and have yet to charge it(I’ve had it for over a month).

We bought this for some street evangelism. The sound is excellent, the bluetooth and onboard USB is super useful, but the microphone it comes with isn't all o' that. Get yourself a proper mic and you'll be happy.

Charged it up, the night before my Mother’s Day crawfish boil. It lasted for about 7 continuous hours connected to my iPad. When I stored it away the day after, it still had a full charge. Even at low volume, speaker was very clear.

This thing surprised the heck out of me! For the price it is an amazing speaker. I love that it can be charged up and work wirelessly with a pretty good battery life. Or you can leave it plugged in. The sound quality is pretty good as well. Great for parties and events.

This speaker is perfect for many occasions. I use it at home, volleyball, the park, and I’m sure there’s thousands of other times to use it. The sound quality is great and I love the bass boost option. Would definitely recommend to others.

We use this literally every time we go somewhere. Camping, parades, out on our deck. The sound is incredible. The connectivity is easy. The rolling wheels can withstand a fair share of bumpiness given their small size. We love it so much.

I like this system, it’s easy to setup. I pair 2 of this speakers and the sound is amazing. I used this system for outdoor meetings at work and for business events. It come with a mic and hooks to my Spotify and charge my cell at the same time.

I bought this for my dad as his old one had a bad fuse. I assumed this would be much smaller then it is! However this thing is amazing! The sound is clear and easy to pair with your phone. It stays charged for almost 3 days with heavy use!

Love this! Practical! Great quality! Easy to travel! Water resistant for my lake and beach days! The karaoke microphone sounds a bit off but haven’t really try playing with the volume! Still recommend it!

A lot to like about the Best Buy part and features of the ION Sport XL 8". The features of multiple inputs [blue tooth and mini microphone wire], large battery and large speaker. The large speaker has been good for indoors, have not tried outdoors. The negatives are the poor buttons [inconsitsent ] , dials [scratchy] and wimply covers for input jacks. Otherwise it is solid. If I paid full price, would have marked a 1 star with return to seller. But this was bought at very discounted price--I am keeping the ION sport XL 8".

Great outdoor speaker for the price. My friends and I play baseball, so a loud speaker to reach all the way to the outfield is perfect! The included microphone is also great for when you want to sing with friends.

This speaker provides excellent sound and a tremendous battery life. The ability to charge your phones and still have long life is amazing. I used this on the boat all weekend with barely any loss of better life. Would highly reccomend

I love this speaker! We use it for my sons select baseball team work walk up music and warm-up/practices. It can get very loud and the boys enjoy it. For me it’s easy because it’s on wheels, sport parents will enjoy that feature.

Was looking for something compact and reliable? This works out GREAT!! Played it on my boat and it is awesome! Didn't need the radio on the boat anymore. Good job! Just get a better mic and it's allgood.
