Used this for 2 separate volunteer events and the feedback was the same, "WE CAN'T HEAR ANYTHING!" or "WE CAN'T HEAR YOU". What a huge waste of money! I'm sure this is great in a tiny room, but it's useless in a big space. Why have a speaker this large if no one will be able to hear anything? Please explain?
