Working fine so far after purchasing. Have not using it for a few months, and when I need it. Sadly, the battery was dead, cannot use it. Try to charge it won’t charge it. Need to replace new battery if I want without plugging power.

A good sturdy radio. Bought it as a reaction to all the strife that is going on. My only criticism is that it is difficult to preprogram radio stations.

This little radio does the trick for spending the day on the boat, at the beach or just hanging around the campsite. Doesn’t lose a change like other radios. Great sound for such a small package.

I haven't had the opportunity to try everything however, I think I need to play with it a little more. It looks like I've made a good investment and I hope it will perform, when i need it to.

After reading about the product online i was excited to buy the speaker due to its various charging options and weather radio. I also use my ion tailgater frequently and thought a smaller one would be nice for little outdoor excursions. First took it out of the box to use this weekend and it will not hold a charge or even turn on. I am outside of my return period however so no luck on the return. Will have to contact ion about the issue. Should've listened to the 1 star reviews online.

Received the speaker with a completely dead battery that wasn’t charging. As an electrical engineer I decided to take it apart to see if I could fix it. After trying a few things I can confirm that the battery was faulty. I called ion to order a replacement battery under the warranty of the speaker. I received the new battery with no charges. Would not recommend, it was a huge hassle going through their customer service, ordering a battery, and replacing it considering the product was brand new. Only reason I didn’t return it was I got it on sale for 70% off.

Received this little box speaker, put it in charge, turned on played music for little bit, sounds good for little thing. Problem is after leaving in charge for at 4 hours the battery showed full, took power plug out and turned off the speaker. next afternoon when i try to turn on The battery is drained out without even using it. So Crap, what is the point if you have to leave this thing plugged in charge? Not useful to my point of view. Return Return Return.

We took the item back the next day after we received it because the battery wouldn't charge, we received a second one 2 weeks later and had the same issue. Inside the box it said if you have a problem with the battery to contact the manufacturer which we did and 3 weeks later were told the batteries are back ordered. Still waiting... we might wind up with a very large paper weight when this is all done and over. Wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.

Speaker sounds good, small and light weight. Keeps a good charge. Great for the job site or outdoors and for when you got to go off grid in the next year or two. Hahaha!

Great all use radio with shortband,am/fm,usb. Has solar and hand crank charging and includes wall adapted. Charge lasted two days at job site sounds great.

I found this product at a great price during the summer, so I purchased it as a Christmas gift for my husband. Give it to him Christmas day, and it doesn't work. I found a lot of reviews online indicating a battery issue. Due to the time that had passed, I couldn't return the item, and it was outside of the normal warranty period. I made several attempts to reach the company, who is aware of the battery issue, to request a replacement. I never received a response. My husband purchased a replacement online. Product works great now, but we shouldn't have had to replace a faulty part.

We love it! Solar powered, cord, wind up plus Bluetooth and weather band, phone charger and mic plug in! Awesome product, awesome price!

Great sound. Battery last long. I was kind of concerned in the size and maybe not sounding good. But I was very surprised.

Wouldn’t hold a charge on my first purchase. It sounds decent but due to the fact that it was defective I’m giving it a 3 star. This is also because of other reviews describing the same issue.

It is good so far. Nothing special about it. Got the deal of the day price otherwise not buying it for the full price. Buy it when on sale not on full price.

I first purchased this speaker online and it came defective. The battery wouldn’t hold charge. I left it charging for 5 hours and nothing. I returned it to the store for an exchange and they had to ship another one to my house. The good thing that it only took 2 days the bad thing was that the new speaker had the same issue the battery wouldn’t hold charge. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me a new battery free of charge. It was a bit of a hassle but the speaker sounds good and the battery now lasts for a long time.

The ion survival speaker and radio is a nice option for camping and outside were their is no power.Sound is great also.

My favorite caming gadget. Sounds nice and have a lot if options to charge the battery. Easy to connect to bluetooth.
