This is our second one, our other one stopped working after about 10 years, the off an on switch went. It lets you know when it needs cleaning, no costly HEPA Filter to replace, Its easy to clean, just make sure its dry before you put the tongs back in.

Ready to use right out of the box. Really improves the air quality in your home.

no noise ,but takes a while to work were you can tell the air is cleaner and alot less dust ..I have big living room so i put 2 in it in corners

This is our second Ionic Pro and it works as well if not better than the first. It's very reliable in removing smoke and litter box odors from the house.

Bought this product July 2 2013 and it worked good for a week. I took the bars out to clean them and did it exactly by the book. Once they were clean I reinstalled them and it worked for a while until it eventually said clean all the time. I cleaned it several times after that and I would re install the blades and it would immediately say clean unit. I called the manufacture because the product was defective and they wanted me to pay the processing and shipping of a replacement unit am send mine out at my own expense. They wanted $40 plus what I would have had to pay to ship. They were very rude and I would never by a product from them again. Bestbuy let me swap it out for a different product.

It's a good product. It collects alot of dust and is very quiet. These items used to cost $300 about 10 years so the value today is excellent.

This small purifier is perfect if you want a silent product that you can smell the difference in a room when it has been on.

This air purifier will be great in our travel trailer- compact and quiet.

My air purifier came DOA (dead on arrival) so I had to replace it. Otherwise the replacement is working well and I believe my allergies are better. Be cautious you may get a dud!

I am an asthmatic and this air purifier does exactly what it claims to do. Compared to the old Honeywell air purifiers that were huge round domes that sat on the ground, this one hardly takes up any space. It is small so it can be tucked away into a corner and is super quiet. This device really does purify the air; before I got it I was having bronchospasms for three weeks straight. They are slightly expensive but worth it for anyone who wants a cleaner living environment. I highly recommend this product.

It hasn't had any real effect on the dust in my room. There is some dust collected inside the purifier. It goes on properly and makes the normal noise. Doesn't say it needs to be cleaned.

This product really cleans the air. Doesn't make a lot of noise and is attractive. Easy to clean. Works pretty quickly. Would definitely recommend.

I am using two of these in a 15'x15' room and they work wonderfully. I bought one originally b/c they had good reviews and claimed to work in rooms up to 250 sqft. The room that I put my first one in is 225 sqft and seemed to be a bit too much for the unit. With a second one in the room, I am cleaning then once every two weeks with three computers and two tv's in that room and since I put these in there I have not had to clean any dust from iinside the computers or anywhere else in the room. That alone amazed me. The air is cleaner, there is no more dust in that room and nobody in the house has really been sick since we put these in there. I am very satisfied with this product and intend to purchase a few more for other areas of the house.

Never owned one before to compare this to but have multiple pets and one smoker. After just a couple days it had pulled A LOT out of the indoor air. If you have high traffic, be sure to clean often and READ INSTRUCTIONS to avoid any kind of electric shock. It is not silent but is quiet and sounds a bit like a humidifier. I do not regret this purchase :)

I would recommend this for a small room. I wouldn't recommend it for a living room or a master bedroom. The product was very easy to clean, and it does not require any filter. You will save a ton of money because you will never have to buy a filter. Remember not to put this product to close to the wall or it will not work properly.

This is a smaller version of an air purifier we already owned. Both the larger version and this more compact one are great. They are both virtually silent and easy to clean. And, no filters to replace! The smaller one does give off a blue glow from the light, but that hasn't been a problem for us, even in our bedroom.

Ordered and 1st one was DOA. Called manufacturer, no help said if the thin hair wires were not broke in the back, just return to Store. I had a sick feeling, I got a lemon and hand to deal with returning. Called Best Buy, they were great, immediately sent a return label, and even called telling me they did so. What a releif, they were professional and took care of everything even the postage for the return and the new on sent. The new one arrived and plugged it in, the lights came on this time and I felt the air blowing out the front. It arrived on wednesday 10/14/2009, being I am in Indiana, it only took overnite delivery. The unit has been running on high every since, it is not Friday 10/16/2009, the blades are tuning black with dirt and collecting all the dust in this studio apartment. The very light ozone smell coming from the unit does not bother me at all. It is just reminds me the unit is working. I recommend this unit if dust is a problem in your home. And buy from Best Buy as my experience was totally unexpected.

Great air purifier. I use this in my newborns room. Easy to maintain, light indicates when cleaning is necessary then just wipe down grids with damp cloth. Buying another for the living room.

We have one cat and two small dogs, our breathing air was getting a bit smelly. Everytime we would walk in the house from outside, we would be like "its smells in here". So I made the best purchase for our home. The air is great, not so dusty smelling either. I would absolutely recommend the Ionic Pro to anyone.
