The unit itself it pretty good. Easy to install and get set up. It’s also easy to use and get your phone in and out. The side holders could be more wide as my iPhone max with a case barely fits. The one complaint I have and I’m honestly not sure if it’s due to the device or placement of my phone in the windshield is that my phone overheats very easily.

Over all functionality of this phone mount is a 5/5 however the cheap plasticky feel of it leaves something to be desired at $54.00. The spring loaded arms that have a quick release work well and make securing your phone into the mount an easy task. However, the bottom adjustable bracket that supports your phone is kinda flimsy and not well made although still seems to he sturdy. It just felt kind of like an after thought piece to the rest of the mount despite its importance. The power cable is the perfect length. Just long enough to reach anywhere in the middle of the dash area but short enough that the wire isn't dangling all over the floor board and looking messy. The wireless fast charging works well and is nice for when you need to use your phone on the go like Google maps. The whole mount is adjustable and fairly easy to set up and use. The power plug for the mount also comes with an additional USB slot built in so that you can wire charge a separate device at the same time, however its at regular charging speeds, it's not fast charge. But that being said it's a nice addition for charging something like an external battery or a tablet while on the go. Overall I would give the mount 5 stars but do to a couple flimsy feeling pieces and a cheap plasticky feel that doesn't scream longevity I can only give 4/5 overall rating but a 5/5 on functionality.

I have used the phone mount for a month on my Samsung S8, enclosed in Otter Box Defender case. It comes with its own car charger and cord. The charger also has extra USB slot for other devices. The instruction was simple to follow and mount arm has 225 degrees adjustable, plus telescopic feature for those who are farsighted. Qi pad has an adjustable lip to center phone correctly over the charging unit. When you place the phone on the pad it activated two arms to grasps the phone. The Qi unit will charge my phone with the OtterBox case is on. Con: the phone will overheat when charging in direct sunlight, causing the Qi system to shut down. While the grasping side arms have a good grip on the phone, if you hit the phone with your hand it will go flying off.

Works Great! I have a S7 EDGE and it is mounted in a 2017 Camry on the dash above the air vents with only the suction cup. Charges the phone wirelessly with no problem through the protective case. Exactly what my wife was looking for!

The absolutely best phone holder! I wasn't sure if this would work for my van. Although unsure, I gave it a try. When I installed this holder I was amazed at how well it works!. Whoever had the idea of putting a reusable gel on the suction cup is a pure genius! This mount stays put (unlike previous holders) and adding A built in wireless charger (another genius idea) is awesome. No more wearing out the charging port on my s8+. I strongly recommend it! Only downside > no extended warranty from best buy. Still I love this !

Bought it for the iPhone 10!charges fast easy setup great product iOttie never lets me down. Also I have the defender case works great very snug could even fit a bigger case if needed and picks up the QI before it touches the case.

I bought this charger to use with my phone and use with a map program. The charging is quick and it is easy to set up with the adhesive system. Your phone may get warm while in use due to charging while on a dashboard, but it is not horrendous. Once it gets screwed down and locked, the system does not move, which is nice. Overall a good product.

I am very happy with how easy the phone snaps in and out of this charger. It has a super strong suction cup, and is very secure. It charges through my Otterbox case. The extra available USB port on the charger is great for additional accessories. I would like the arms to be a little longer, but otherwise, NO COMPLAINTS. This is the first car mount I have had that I would recommend to anyone. Plus it is a great charger. A MUST HAVE FOR ROAD TRIPS !!!

It is very easy to snap phone on and off this mount. I live on a rough road and this holds up to the bouncing. I’ve seen other chargers fall from windows and dashes from the weight of the phone and jarring but that’s not the case with this. My phone does get pretty hot from charging on this though.

I was hesitant on this thinking it would shake too much when extended. No bouncing at all. So easy to use and makes it easier to see when driving when it's closer to you. Also, having it charge automatically instead of plugging it in is a huge plus. It doesn't charge at the same speed as a plug-in fast charger, but still works great. If you are on the fence, just get it.

I bought this to hook up in my Car. the setup was seemless and there is a USB port in the car hookup so you can plug another USB device in if need be. Charging is fast and easy and the device is sturdy. The phone snaps right in and stays snug. Charging is smooth and easy even with my case on and super quick. Definitely recommend this to someone else.

This is the second iteration of iOttie's phone mount solution I've purchased and I'm happy with it so far. I mount mine on my window and use the phone in landscape mode for GPS functionality. I'd say as a pure phone mount this is a 5 out of 5. I had no issues with mounting on the window or positioning. I think iOttie has done a solid job of figuring out how to lock down the positioning just the angle you want it. The Qi charging held the my iPhone X at the same battery level for the duration of a 19 hour trip with GPS and Bluetooth audio running the entire time....not as good as the regular charger (which would actually charge me back to 100%) but certainly better than nothing so 4 out of 5 for charging. As others mentioned, it does get a bit warm during the charging but nothing to be alarmed about.

Love this hands free wireless dash charger. Just push the phone in place and it holds on to your phone. The wireless charger is decent. Not a fast charger but keeps the phone charged while using as a GPS with Waze. Over time the suction cup starts to yellow probably due to being in the sun all the time.

I bought this smart phone holder to hold and charge my iPhone XS. It was easy to set up. I stuck it to the windshield and plugged it in to the cigarette outlet. I’ve had it for about to months. iPhone charges while using the phone to stream music. It’s adjustable and sturdy, it’s made from durable plastic. I would definitely purchase another one.

Best car mount I have bought and used to date. Very sturdy mounting, holds phone securely, love the various positions you can move it to for better mounting and viewing, it’s very easy to remove and place your phone in the mount, and the wireless charging works great!!! Would definitely purchase another one!!

Pros: The suction cup sticks anywhere! Sturdy Easy Close Easy Release! Quick Charge Cons: Arms are connected with thin plastic that can easily be broken. I recommend it. Just don't get unnecessarily rough with it.

I have been using magnets holders for years. I decided to try this for my new iPhone X. Charges real fast and holds tight. I often forget to plug in as soon as I get in my car. No more problems like that now. If you have a larger phone like the plus however it is a little harder to press the release buttons on the sides but not bad.

Charges really well through a slim case, using the iPhone Xs. A bit big and clunky and when it’s on the dash it blocks my view. But I mounted it to the side of my center console and the suction pad works great. Overall a really good mount

This charger is perfect. I bought it so I could listen to music ifrom my phone in the car. Now when I arrive my phone is ready for action and fully charged. It is great on longer trips. Also it is easy to dock and undock my phone. When I don’t feel like docking my phone it is even smart enough to turn off automatically.

It actually works just like it says it does and the suction cup is pretty hard to get off, so it should keep the phone in one place. The charger also works, you might have to adjust the lower forks up or down to center your phone so it actually charges. Pretty well thought out mount.
