I was looking for a device that would hold my iPhone so I could see it when I drive... mostly when I'm using the Waze app for navigation directions... In my case, this device works as advertised... fits right in my CD player slot and locks into place so it doesn't fall out... some people say it won't hold their phones without the phone falling off the device after a while... this has not been a problem for me... the phone I'm using is an iPhone 4s... it is not as big and heavy like a lot of the newer phones... so not a problem for me... the vehicle I'm using the device in is a 2017 Toyota Tacoma... I would say buy it try it and if it doesn't work for you... you can always return it...

I tried other phone holders like vent holders but were not sturdy. This item works great in a cd stereo. It was solid and sturdy and not flimsy.

I put this in my car to hold my phone. It works pretty well. I would not say it exceeds my expectations, but OK

Works well in my Honda CD slot. It included a metal sheet to put under the case to make the magnet hold better, which is a nice touch!

This is my 3rd cd slot car mount and my second magnetic version. So far, this one has proven to be my favorite as it is small, sturdy, and the magnet is very strong. My only long term concern is If the swivel mechanism that holds the phone at certain angles loses it’s friction, it may not be able to maintain my phone’s angle.

I am a business owner, who constantly drives a truck for work. When I need the GPS for deliveries, or my phone to check texts, I hate to look down at my phone, which makes me feel unsafe while driving, and anywhere else I try to put my phone, it slides around. I’ve tried every product I could find online and at Walmart and nothing satisfied me. This keeps my phone in place, and if you’re not looking and need to put it on, the magnet literally puts your phone right into place. I feel way more safe on the road. My heavy purse got caught on it once and it still stayed in the CD slot, right in place!!! This product is great!!

What a better way to have your phone secured in a car without any wires, any worry and easy to take off. The best part is it's very inexpensive and leaves no marks. It can go into any CD slot in older cars so you don't need to worry about leaving glue residue from a mount on your dash.

Pretty easy to install in CD slot, but because I have a heavy Otter case I needed to apply a bit of Krazy Glue on the back of the phone magnet to ensure it was really secure. It's been a week, and so far, I'm satisfied with my choice.

I have been using this CD slot car mount for a month now and I love it!! The magnetic holder allows me to rotate my phone without issue and the unit is secure within the CD holder. I’ve tried a few different phone holders for the car and this is by far the keeper.

The magnet works very well. No tilting or bouncing off when you hit a bump with the car. The only downside- is if you have a wireless charger- the the plate on the phone it does not charge. Great item otherwise.

Love this product. I don't even remember the last time I played a CD, so what better use for the CD slot than for a phone mount. This thing is sturdy. Great locking mechanism so it doesn't move around. Magnet is strong enough that my phone never falls off.

I was looking for a phone holder that I didn’t have to stick to my dash board or block my vent. Fortunately I still have a cd slot in my stereo and was able to use this car mount. It has worked out well.

Over the years I have purchased many Mounts And always had issues mounts falling off nowhere to put it. Until I came across this mouth so easy to install just slip it into CD player lock it in and that's it. As for the Magnet, I was amazed.

I bought this device to use in my 2017 Toyota Tacoma... the device fits inside the CD player of my radio... Some people have said it will not hold their phones... I did not have this problem... the phone I use is an old iPhone 4S... I use the phone and the holder when I'm using my Waze app... If you plan to use a bigger phone you will just have to try it out for yourself... Just remember Best Buy does have a nice return policy if this device doesn't work in your particular application...

My Nissan has little room for phone holders but what it lacks in room it made up for in out dated electronics which is why the CD slot holder works great.

most CD phone mounts are unstable. This one is a tight fit and does not bounce much when hitting a bump. The magnet is strong but will detach on a big bump so I recommend that the CD changer is not too high about a center console to catch the phone.

I’ve gone through several car mounts for my iPhone and this is by far the best! Easy to place in the CD slot and it has the strongest magnet of any other mount I’ve had before! #1 in my book!
