So convenient and the phone stays put and does not slide or vibrate to another position. Very easy to use.

Obviously there are drawbacks to having a phone in front of your stereo screen, but it was the best place for me to put my phone and this works for that purpose. Have bought about 6 different vent type mounts, but they all flop around or fall off and are useless. This is the first one that actually works! Stays solid and fixed. Only reason didn't give a 5 is that the magnet is a bit weak/small. Works fine if you hit sweet spot, but if not then may fall off. paying attention to ensuring that you hit sweet spot makes it ok.

To save gas, I started driving my 2003 Corolla to work. Doesn’t have all the gadgets my new truck has. Listen to music a lot from my smart phone so I bought a Bluetooth device and this magnetic holder. The CD player is at the top of the dash and this holder fits perfect. I have a magnetic device on my Harley which holds my phone case so I did not need the disc which attaches to back of phone case. Does the job.

The CD SLOT is the best place to put a phone holder. Heck, cd ‘s are what....dinasours now anyway so the way I look at it since I never use the cd slot I might as well put it to good use. The rotating magnet allows the phone to be viewed at different angles. Great item. Only down side is the unit can be removed while still in the locked position.

Whats nice about this if the magnet on the phone back isnt even noticeable when its not connected so it doesn't become annoying in your pocket. The magnetic connection is super strong as well. I have heard that people were worried /had issues with it in their CD player although I opted to try it and I didn't have any problems with the product itself.

Came across this phone holder by chance as I purchased a new car and the old one was mounted to the dash. So since I never play CD's I figured I'd use this. The instructions was a tad confusing but after fiddling with it I got it securely fastened in the CD slot on my truck's head unit and with the movable head I can easily adjust my phone for easy viewing while driving

Need your hands free when you are driving and still have ability to see phone when required. This is the device a must own. I have one for every vehicle I own. The magnet is super strong. The only downside is they only gave me two magnets. Oh well, so great I went and got more so all of our phones can work with device.

Finally! I have found a phone mount that will last me longer than 2 months. I have been driving full time for uber & Lyft for the past year and in that time I've gone through 5 or 6 phone mounts in my vehicle. If your vehicle has a CD slot and you don't mind it most likely blocking the stereo console display, I highly recommend giving this option a try.

I bought this for my wife's car as I have one in my car and truck. I really like the setup, no mounting required, and nowadays how often do you use the CD Player? I haven't in my vehicles in a long time. It still can be used if needed. The magnet holds very well! I recommend putting the metal plate outside the case as you get the best performance.

If you are looking for a cell phone holder that doesnt need a suction cup to smear up your window or block your view and you don't have a flat dashboard or want your vents to be blocked, then this is definitely for you! IT slides right into my CD feeder and the magnet works on the outside of my phone case where I don't even have to remove the case!
