For die-hard martial arts fans, this is one essential keeper. Ip Man formed the training grounds of Bruce Lee, and this is the story of Ip Man, whose adventures were in no way less exciting. His life is chronicled in 4 movies, first in China in establishing himself as a teacher of Wing Chun, surviving the war against the Japanese, and fighting off racial opposition, both in and out of the ring. All 4 movies star the Asian favorite Donnie Yen as the master martial artist, and the fight scenes were choreographed by the Peking Opera School-trained Kung Fu ace and action star/director Sammo Hung. The movies are available in different languages, including Chinese and English, and are subtitled accordingly also. Resolution and audio quality are 4k at their best.

This is an amazing collection. All 4 are already amazing movies and now all on 4k in one set. If you already owned them on bluray, the 4k is worth the upgrade. You also get an awesome double sided poster and a booklet full of behind the scenes info and pics from the set and the movies. A must have for IP Man fans and any martial arts fans out there. Also it comes with a collectible, very sturdy box to hold everything. Amazing texture and embossing on it too. This is 100% worth the full retail price. Must buy.

This is an excellent collection for martial arts fans. Donnie Yen is in one his best roles portraying the master of Bruce lee as he fights Japanese in occupied China, fighting famous boxers, and racism. It’s a pretty wild ride but the martial arts is phenomenal so if your fan of Donnie ten or Bruce lee you’ll enjoy this collection.

Each film comes in a 2-disc amaray case featuring the new 4K disc along with the Bu-ray disc. This limited-edition box set also contains a cool, collectible IP Man movie franchise compendium book and a double-sided premium IP Man poster. The box set features the iconic vision of director Wilson Yip and stars the incomparable Donnie Yen as Ip Man, legendary Wing Chun grandmaster and mentor to several martial arts masters, including kung fu superstar Bruce Lee.

If you like kung fu movies this is what you want. It is based on true stories of Bruce Lee’s Master. Although 1st 3 movies are before Bruce Lee’s time. If you have a audio system that plays Dolby Atmos the sound is great! Movies are captioned in English but it didn’t take away from how good the movie was done.

Well produced action drama. Donnie Yen is a great action star. His portraial of the late Grand Master of the art is notable. I have seen other versions of the story and this is one of the best. I realize that movies are meant to be symbolical and may not be completely accurate. This series is more realistic than most martial arts storylines.

I already own each Ip Man in the quadrilogy as well as all the many additional spin-off films. Only Ip Man 4 was previously released on 4K UHD, so, I purchased this Complete Collection to get all four Ip Man films upgraded from Blu-Ray to 4K.

It just looks simply amazing. Def must have in collection. Looks very nice on your shelf too next to your other collections. So must if your a fan of the films, or just a fan of action films.

If you havent seen the Ip Man series yet, you need to! For those of us who have this is a GREAT addition to the movie collection. Very nice presentation of the set. Nice feel to the box. In addition this is also a must have for anyone that is a fan of Kung Fu action movies.

These are awesome movies. Do yourself a favor and watch all of them. Action is amazing. The story is very inspiring too. This is the ultimate ip man set. 4K, all individual cases, and i think it does come with either a poster or a little booklet

If you're a fan of martial arts, this is a must-buy! Good message and relatable characters in all of the films. The 1st and 2nd films in 4k aren't a huge improvement over the standard blu-ray disks, but 3rd and 4th are outstanding!

This collection is by far one of the best martial arts collections ever made it is better then the bruce lee collection in my opinion, the transfer of 4k dolbyvision is dope the packaging is even good

Great kung fu movie, never seen this franchise untill i got the box set all i can say is it is a true epic film beautiful done. If you like action movies specifically fighting movies this is a must see on 4k.

Great Movie - If Bruce Lee was alive he would be on the edge of his seat watching this series of movies. The action is great, and the fighting is fantastic.

Great collection of the Ip Man movies. Been looking forward to watching them in 4K HDR. Hope they do the same with the other spin-off Ip Man movies that were previously released.

The 4K transfer of this collection is very good. Well worth the upgrade. I wish it would came with the digital copies of the films.

A complete collection is worthy of a nice box set. Each movie can be watched over and over again for generations to come like Star Wars or Indiana Jones.

When Ip Man 4 was released in 4K, I was hoping all 4 movies would be 4K as well. Then they decide to release a 4K set. Awesome for fans of the franchise.
