Great help and service. Without an apple store nearby, it was convenient to have Best Buy as an Apple Store provider. When I came in, Geek Squad greeted me and diagnosed to confirm the issue I was having, battery was below 80% capacity. They took it in, replaced the battery, took maybe hour and a half, and before I knew it, my old Iphone performed as new.

Got my battery replaced as i was at 74% Max capacity and with the new one i get significantly more!
Took them about 6 hours or so, think of it as an all day thing.
They did end up accidentally breaking the screen while doing the battery replacement but ensured me before-hand that i wouldn’t be charged for that if it were to occur.

Took in my iPhone 13 Pro for battery replacement. The geeksquad guy was very welcoming, helped me understand what they will do with my device. Whole process was over in under 3 hours.

Best Buy had the apple battery I needed on hand. It took 3 times to go to best buy before I was able to get it installed. I didn't mind that it took a few days to do, but I did not like driving an hour each way to get there when I had an appointment and it was not honored. The actual installation went well and I am happy with having a "new" phone. The photos and settings were kept.

The Geek squad put a new battery in my iPhone. And they took care of everything. And it really didn’t take that long. They were very polite and friendly. And it didn’t cost that much. Which really surprised me.

Customer service that I needed was resolved. It was that my I Phone needed a new battery. Apparently I may have to purchase a new phone in a year or so. It is good to know of this need before it happens. Also had to purchase
a new glass cover for the screen which increased the total cost of my visit. Perhaps, this could been mentioned earlier in the process. He was friendly & business like, would have loved a stool or high chair to sit on while being waited on. Have had back surgery recently. In State College, when I sought help there, there was a chair to sit on.

Geek squad helped me in a timely fashion. I have an Iphone 13 Max Pro, so there aren't parts in stock at the store. They requested a new battery, which arrived by mail very quick and installed it in no time.

Took my phone to fix battery life, since I didn’t want to buy a new phone. Battery life is back to new again, lasts a long time. Staff were really nice and understanding of my situation. Overall beautiful transaction!

Courteous staff did a great job. I booked an appointment only to find out there was no battery in stock. Would be nice to know that up front because that made the first appointment kind of a waste of my time. Then it took over a week to book the second appointment to actually replace the battery due to my schedule constraints and their availability. You should set up a waiting list for next available. Then the battery replacement itself can take 1-2 hours. Overall a lot of wasted time due to the system set up.
