Pricey, as all apple products tend to be. The ear speaker on my X went bad, and required replacement of the digitizer/ screen. Just over $300 bucks. Defective speaker? Really? Anyway, the new Apple Genuine world's well so far! The Geeks delivered as promised!

Agent listened to my needs and explained my options for repair of my iPhone X. Repair was perfect. No issues and done quickly. (1-2 hours) Will definitely use them for all Apple repairs.

I felt cool having no case (or screen protector) on my phone. However, I did not feel cool when it slid out of my pocket and hit the concrete. I didn’t have coverage on it. Geek squad was able to replace the screen without the wait time of going to the Apple store but I still got the Apple store quality. I now have a case and screen protector and over a year later it still looks like new.

The Geek Squad did a great job repairing my IPhone 7 Plus screen and replacing my battery. However, they failed to contact me when the repair was complete. They attempted but called the wrong number and sent an email to wrong email address. When I dropped off my phone I explicitly told them what email & phone number to use to contact me, however, they did not use that information. Therefore, I was without my cell phone for a day and half.

I needed my home button replaced on my Product Red iPhone 7+, my “insurance” was going to replace my phone with a refurbished black one for a considerable cost instead of repairing it so I contacted Apple & they set me up with an appointment in Gurnee, IL. I was able to get my screen replaced for less than the cost of the replacement & will be going back to Best Buy when it is time for me to upgrade.

My phone screen was replaced with perfect finishing and within a couple of hours. The support staff was short in staff but my support personnel kept me updated as his work progressed. I was able to finish some of my work while onsite waiting for screen to be replaced. Good service !

They repaired my phone very quickly and my phone is working like new again. The only thing is that I found a few selfies taken by the people repairing my phone in my photo gallery which was very strange.

Great screen cover. It attached nicely and looks nice. I hope it continues to look this way for a long time.

Was skeptical at first but they’re indeed apple certified to work on screens. They did mention that if they messed up while doing the screen repair that they would replace the phone for free. Was done quickly and professional!

Best Buy repair staff replaced the screen on my Phone 7+ which was like getting a brand new phone. Thanks Best Buy.

I brought my iPhone in to get the screen repaired it was done within four hours couldn’t ask for anything better from a certified installer!

I made an appointment to repair the broken screen on my wife's iphone repaired. When we arrived the agent was waiting to meet us, she was very polite and explained the whole process including cost of the repair. We ran a few errands and in about 90 minutes received a call that the repair was completed. Upon returning to the store the agent helped us restore all of her data. I would recommend the Geek Squad for any repair that you may need.

Son cracked my screen on my iPhone. Never had a cracked screen before. Needed to replace the screen or get a new phone. Decided to replace the screen and the did a spectacular job. Done quickly.

Guess it’s my fault for not taking the insurance no fault with them the repair was great and they allowed me to pay it back in installments which was wonderful just it’s a lot of money for a mistake

This team was super fast, told me it would take an hour and a half, they has it done in 30 mins or less. Also helped me save money but recommending other products and services.

Speaker volume failure and, while very time consuming, they did have the parts in stock and completed while I waited. Problem was solved with no further issues!

Went in with a broken screen and they were able to repair it the same day and in with a couple of hours. Amazing, quick, professional service!

Fixed my cracked screen. Was much cheaper than buying a new phone and back in great condition. Would recommend.
