Everything was great. Everything worked out great. Everybody treated me really good. Very pleased with the service there.

I arrived about 10 minutes early for my appointment. 3 hours later they finished changing my IPhone 13 battery. Not recommended.

about 2 hours to change my battery, was cheaper than expected for apple certified.

The agent change the phone battery in 1 hour time.. and all is well. Everything works perfectly good right now and I feel like I am having a new iPhone

Jacob was a saving grace, so patient, and actually got my phone fixed lightening quick so that I would have it before I went on a 3 week vacation. They went above and beyond and gave me a lot of confidence that my money was being well spent!

When I wanted to replace the battery in my iPhone 6 Plus, I didn't want to have to travel an hour to the nearest Apple Store, when there was an authorized Apple service center in Best Buy about 10 or 15 minutes from me. So I made an appointment with them, went in at the appointed time, and in less than 1/2 hour walked out with my phone with a new battery installed. Great!

I needed to get an iPhone 8 battery replacement but I had heard scary stories that it would cost a lot of money and that the Apple Store was the only one qualified for this type of work. By chance, I was at the Best Buy store and realized that the Geek Squad was contracted by Apple to work on iPhones. I had them do it, and for a great price.

I've been a 20+ year Apple user, and under almost all circumstances would go to the Apple Store for service. Today I tried to get an appointment for an iPhone battery replacement, and when I went to the Apple Store online, I couldn't get an appointment until Friday! So, seeing that they also list Best Buy as a service center, I went to the Best Buy website, and got an appointment in one hour...certainly a lot better than Friday! I was a little skeptical, as I always associate the Geek Squad with being a "PC" team, but I arrived at the time of my appointment, dealt with Mike (Agent Nelson), and he took care of the battery replacement in less than an hour, which was his estimate of how long it would take. He was professional, friendly, and efficient in handling the case. And, the phone was returned to me in exactly the same, clean condition, as it was when I left it with them. I couldn't recommend both Mike, and the Geek Squad, any more highly, and would definitely return if I needed some sort of service again. I was very happily surprised. Thank you Mike!

The agent changed the battery and put screen shield on the iPhone. Two agents and both pleasant were pleasant.
