    The agent change the phone battery in 1 hour time.. and all is well. Everything works perfectly good right now and I feel like I am having a new iPhone

    Needed a battery for my iPhone. Online scheduling a pain but service was great. Didn’t like leaving my phone cause I had to work but hubby picked it up.

    I have nothing but songs of praise to sing for the Best Buy Geek Squad. Jacob was a saving grace, so patient, and actually got my phone fixed lightening quick so that I would have it before I went on a 3 week vacation. They went above and beyond and gave me a lot of confidence that my money was being well spent!
