Sensor replaced half the price of Apple

iPhone XS repair

My only complaint is I used Apple’s website to budget time for this service (1 hr) and it took over 4. Part of the issue was I didn’t realize they would back up my phone first - makes sense - but that delayed the repair significantly as a result.

Phenomenal service.

I took it to the Geek Squad and the phone was repaired and it is functioning like new. The sales associate was kind, friendly and patient. He worked diligently with my daughter I phone and wouldn’t stop until it was finished. My appointment was scheduled for 11:30am and I was impressed with his service. I just can’t recall his name, I just remember him for his picachu tattoo.
