The Geek Squad fixed my iPhone 7 Plus screen and its like new. Thank you.

My iPhone screen was replaced and it works like new again.

The agents did a thorough assessment and repaired as needed.

Dropping of the phone and getting it fixed was fine but when it was time to pick it up, I waited for almost 10 min for someone to acknowledge there was a line at the geek squad counter (there was one person ahead of me). Finally that person went behind the counter and said “Hello? Is anyone here?” Into the room behind the counter.

Purchased on sale; not too bright but fits well and well made.

The geeks fixed by iphone 8 plus screen and it was like new again. The techs are apple trained and I can tell by the quality is top notch. Would do again. Though, best not to break the screen again so I can save some money. But highly recommend!

The repair was easy, only went with Best Buy to keep my phone under warranty. Had insurance, had an otter box... still cost me over $200, yup The cost was crazy high to fix it. I could have gotten a new phone for the cost of a new screen.

Service was exceptional. They explained everything and completed it within timeframe they gave me. Before they handed me back the phone they checked it again and there was a problem with diagnostic. They took it back inside and reopened it and fixed issue. Phone given to me working fine. Employee was excellent

Took phone in for a frozen screen thought it was covered by Apple repair for free but turned out it was an aftermarket screen so it cost us $300 which was unexpected, but it was good service otherwise.

The service itself was great, however you might feel a little uncomfortable, knowing that you could have replace your lightly cracked iPhone screen for cheaper, down the road. However, I would never know if the workmanship would be the same.

The employees were great! My screen had an issue where it needed replacement. Come to find out there was a flaw in the screen apple gave to the iPhone X and the screen was covered under warranty. The employees informed me of all of this and it was free.

The gentleman from the geek squad didn’t amazing job was able to replace the face and my iPhone , Would definitely have the geek squad work on any device in the future references

The geek squad did a great job of fixing my phone and they did it very efficiently! They were also able to make case recommendations and explained the benefit of apple care well.

They were replacing the screen on my iPhone and ran into a issue so it took them a little while longer to fix it then it normally would but they never gave up or stopped trying until they fix it.

They repaired my iPhone screen and replaced the battery. I have had no issues since having my phone fixed.

After getting screen fixed, Face ID broken. Told to erase all settings and restore. I did. Then told I had to do it from a computer...well I drove 1.25 hours back to my house and did and still doesn’t work. Thanks Geek Squad!
