The agents assessed my phone condition and clearly explained what happened. They gave me the appropriate timeline of how long it would take and it was ready earlier than I anticipated. It was a low-cost repair and it saved me a lot of money looking for another phone. I would go back to Geek Squad again for any future repairs. They are competent, friendly and very helpful.

Only bad thing I would question is after standing in line and then another 15-20 minutes filling out paperwork, the person said let me see if we have the battery for your phone. Knowing that is why I was there, you would have thought that should have been the first thing to check so as to speed up the process for others if there wasn’t one.

Geek Squad did a great job installing a new battery in my iPhone 12 mini

iPhone 6s battery was died after three years and needed replacement. The new one works the way it should. Geeksquad did a great job after a couple of appointment glitches but all is good now

I was able to receive the battery replacement under apple warranty for a discounted price. Best Buy's system to schedule at the time was a little difficult. Had to make 2 trips, but they did a good job with the replacement.

While I do appreciaate that the Geek Squad took responsability for the damage to the screen, it has been 2 weeks and neither Best Buy nor Apple can tell me how long I have to wait on a new screen. Apple doesn't even show that a part is on order. I have made multiple trips and calls without finding anyone who can actually help. I think I'd been better off in the mall.

Had the battery replaced in my iPhone 6S during the Apple Battery Replacement Program which subsidizes the cost. So far so good...no issues with this new battery.

I went to my local BestBuy to change the iPhone battery. It turned out that the new battery burned the old phone, as the geek technician told. So they replaced my phone with a new one. It feels much faster than the old one, and the new battery works great.

The technicians were friendly, professional, and efficient.

Great service, had to wait a day since the Apple specialist was out, but they tried their best to resolve my battery issue by even trying to offer a replacement refurbished unit. Repair was flawless.
