Geek Squad did a great job installing a new battery in my iPhone 12 mini

I went to Best Buy to get my iPhone battery replaced. The technicians were very knowledgeable and they did a great job replacing the battery. Batteries were in-stock and replacement time was roughly 45 minutes.

Fast, knowledgable people, and no perceived scaraches or damage.

My batter was dying pretty quickly during the day. I called Apple and got a replacement ordered and they shipped it to BB. BB did a great job of installing it with no issues. My battery has a noticeable improvement.

Since my iPhone 6s battery was replaced 2 months ago at Elk Grove bestbuy, it lasted for 2 days between changes for moderate usage. Service was fast , 1 hour browsing inside the store then it is ready.

I had the batteries replaced in two iPhones. Not only is Best Buy Apple authorized, but they we fast, courteous, and very professional. I'm not sure why anyone would deal with Apple for such service.

My iPhone6 went “dark”. I couldn’t get it to charge or wake up. The guy at customer got it to charge enough to run diagnostics. We ended up with a new battery under the Apple Battery Replacement Program.

And this was where I was referred to the Best Buy store in Lakeland as an option to get the battery changed out of my phone. Knowing that there had been a defect in the iPhone 6s battery I was a little surprised that I still ended up having to pay a fee for the battery

The service was really quick and very professional.

The service representative was very courteous and knowledgeable. I had the battery in my iPhone changed. It was completed relatively quickly and was not too expensive.

The agent fixed my screen and later after I told him replaced the battery. There was a delay in fixing it so I had to wait a few hours and I also got a screen protector put on that I was charged half price for. Ok service and ok phone.

Battery was bad they installed new one and it was good to go. The employees were professional and good at their job. If you need a replacement they are the ones to do it.
