Best Buy has a great staff of technicians who are human and understand the customers’ frustrations. The technicians I had worked hard to resolve the problems I was having and were kind and patient with me. I’ll go back if there are any more problems, that’s for sure. Plus, the store had plenty of distraction for the 6-year old I had with me while awaiting the repair!

I needed my iPhone X battery replaced. In doing so, I was informed that the speaker would also need to be removed and replaced because of the way the battery replacement worked. Free speaker! On top of this, the Agent working informed me that my iPhone X was eligible for a free screen replacement on Apple’s behalf, so I got a free screen with new FaceID and front speaker thrown in there too.

I went to best buy to have battery replacement. Next after the battery replacement I was having issues with my phone speaker & I came back to best buy only for them to say to take it to apple after battery replacement caused speaker issue. I learned my lesson to take my Apple products that I have to take it only to apple and not best buy. I came to best buy to ask for my money return. Not to mention when I arrived to best buy in advance I also reserved a time which took someone a while to come see me. In my opinion I think best buy should train there employees throughly so this situation does not happen to someone else.
