A Little Confusion, a Lot of Help

The staff was exceptionally helpful, and found a way to meet my needs quickly and in a very pleasant way. Very satisfied with the experience.

Replacing iPhone battery a breeze

Same price as Apple, but without the crowds. Only note of caution - you *must* make an online appointment beforehand, they won't serve walk-ins for this. (Appointments are easy and plenty available same-day, so it's not a hardship, but definitely a necessity.)

Quick replacement

The only thing that didn't quite make sense is that they told me according to their diagnosis my phone battery was operating as brand new, but it was not. It was not holding a charge for very long.

The technology is designed to fail because that's how you sell more phones. The battery is a 3rd party knock off....what a disappointment! There goes $100. Maybe it time for a google or samsung?

My iPhone battery was installed in an hour.
