An Apple customer care representative made an appointment for us to have a battery replaced done on my sons iPhone. The replacement didn’t go as planned and the geek squad told me I had to go to an Apple store to get the battery replaced. So the next day we went to the Apple store only to learn that the Best Buy geek squad did not do the battery replacement correctly. We spent a tremendous amount of time on this and after I wrote a review the manager of the geek squad in Doral called me to apologize and offer me a refund which I never received. I left messages for him but he never returned the call. Today I went into the store And he was not there and the manager that helped me didn’t really help me. This store has lost my business forever over $29. It sure would be nice for the Geek Squad manager to refund me the $29 like he said he would way back when but I am not holding my breath. If you are looking for good customer service, this isn’t the store to go to.

Replaced iPhone battery in the $29 replacement program. The service was fine, but I was upset I needed to go back twice. They called me to schedule the work, and even sent me reminders. When I arrived they put me through the check-in process, then realized they didn’t have the battery in stock. I had to go back the following week.

the geek squad techs lied on several occasions, broke my phone, and only offered a far inferior loaner phone when I complained about the inconvenience. I look forward to never using their services again!

The work took too long I waited in line for 15 mins. before I was helped that would have been okay but I was the only one in line finally the guy posted at the entry doors came over and jumped on someone to help me
