My phone stopped responding with nothing on the screen. Best Buy geek squad checked it out within 30 minutes and provided an estimate for the repair. Repair was completed within hours on same day. Excellent service, my phone is like new. BTW: Before authorizing the repair I purchased the Best Buy Total Tech Support membership which included a 20% savings on all repairs and additional savings in in home services which I plan on using later. The membership saved me quite a bit of money and is definitely worth the fee if you need several services performed.

Manager Amit, Agent Luis and other agents helped me to replace my iPhone with Apple though with a long wait from Apple. These guys are very helpful in repairing and replacing my iPhone. They first changed the screen but the sounds did not work well. Interestingly, the fixed iPhone passed through all the diagnosing tests. After contacting Apple, they agreed to replace my iPhone with a refurbished one but with a brand new battery. The whole process took more than a month in this pandemic of coronalvirus. But Manger Amit kept me updated during each step of the process. Thanks Geek Squad!

They did a iPhone Xs Max screen replacement for us. Made the appointment online. Stopped in to drop off the phone. They gave us an estimated pickup time but said they would text or call us if we wanted. The phone was done much sooner than expected. They were very professional, making sure they were giving the right phone to the right person by show of official I.D.. That's not done enough anymore, in my opinion. Bottom line...Great Experience! We will return our business there as needed.

With the exception of a little sticker shock, I was very happy with the process. I scheduled the a;-ointment on line, dropped off my phone, picked it up two hours later, and it was good as new. I try;u could not tell it had been replaced. Colors look great ( possible better) it is working perfectly.

From the minute I got there to the minute I left the guys were super sweet and patient. They did the service in a very timely manner and they were very knowledgeable about what they were doing so that gave me lots of assurance of what they we’re about it to do and it came out great!

I had a cracked screen on my iphone and they fixed it very quickly. I Much quicker than any other place. I also would recommend getting the tech package. I got a 20% discount on the repair. Least expensive repair quoted.

The screen of my phone was damaged and right from getting appointment to all help, Geek Squad was great. They fixed my phone as good as new within 2 hours.

The iPhone repair was suggested by the sales team, I thought I would have to spend $1000 for new phone. I was introduced to the Geek Squad member that repaired my phone and it was quickly repaired.

Smooth and easy fix with geek squad but the price was a bit high in my opinions. $329 for a screen replacement is a bit much, that is 1/3 of the price of the phone new.

Repair was great and phone has since worked great. Repair customer service receives a 1 star. Apparently, per the employees, Best Buy has a high turnover. So high, that “I don’t even memorize their names because they’re gone so fast and then a new person is here” and “what are they gonna do? Fire me? Go ahead I’ve been here 14 years” way to air out all of Best Buy’s “Behind the scenes business“ to a mother and daughter Who only wanted to get their phone screen fixed but felt like a burden the entire time dealing with these 2 females. Thanks Best Buy/geek squad!!! Sorry to be such a burden!

They fixed the phone screen and now my phone screen is fixed.

It turned out just like new. I was skeptical bc not being replaced at Apple but since all store were closed, this was the best next alternative.

I should have purchased Apple Care, but that's my fault. $200 later the phone was repaired. In and out in less than an hour. Definitely use again...
