Took advantage of the Apple iPhone battery replacement service and scheduled with Geek Squad for the service. The process was fast and streamlined. Very pleased with the service.

Getting this battery warranty claim was PerFECT for me and has given my older phone a new life and that makes me happy that I don't have to purchase a new one for a while!

Best Buy’s Geek Squad service to replace my iPhone battery was excellent.

My phone went for a battery replacement and it ended up not working after geek squad replaced it. Could not use it longer than 5 minutes. They said it was because when they opened the phone there was a loose cable and that in order to replace just the cable they would have to replace the whole screen that was perfectly fine and wanted to charge me another almost $400 to "fix" it. Ridiculous. My phone had no issues at all before it and I regret giving any money to them seeing that my phone came out unusable when I was just getting a battery replacement

Knew the problem, ordered the part, and repaired the IPhone in less than one hour.

The new battery was installed quickly, and the phone has been running great with long battery life. Very happy I was able to get this done.

Did an excellent job on replacing my phone battery. Didn't see any evidence of a goof up and it came back exactly as is and a better battery life.

Very poor customer service! There was only ONE associate at the service area to help multiple people. I had made an appointment, but waited nearly 1/2 hour to even be acknowledged and, even after that the associate was trying to guide another employee (obviously a new trainee) while helping me! Ridiculous! Then when I came back to pick up my phone, I was told that they had stripped one of the small screws on the phone and were not able to open the phone. I was told I needed to take the phone to a repair facility, have the stripped screw removed, and come back!!!! (I should add that we were experiencing a severe thunderstorm at this time)! However, I DID as instructed, returned with the phone and was told that I could pick up the phone the following day at about 5:30 pm! And I’m now being asked for a review???? Well you have it!!!

So worth the money to have a battery that lasts again! New phones are so expensive and the battery dying was the only problem with this one.

Went in to replace my iPhone 6S battery. Geek Squad replaced it quickly and without issues. My phone has worked perfectly since I got the replacement 6 months ago.

The process was easy...made an appoint, dropped of my phone and picked later. Extended the life of my iPhone by changing the battery.

The agent replaced my iPhone battery and service my iPhone to make it work like new again. It works great again and I could not be more pleased.

I'm rating my experience with Geek Squad at a 3 star ONLY because after 3 appointments, someone was finally able to complete our IPhone replacement transaction. The first 2 appointments were complete failures as there was a "glitch" in the system and they said they could not submit the paperwork. It took 3 appts, 3 trips, 2 different Best Buys and over a month before a someone figured out a way around the glitch. Not sure I'll use them in the future.

I took advantage of the iPhone battery replacement at BB and it couldn’t be easier. Made the appointment on the Apple website, set a time, and dropped off my phone. Less than 18 hours later it was ready to go. The only nuisance, and why I’m giving it 4 stars, is that you have to make another appointment on the Apple website to pick the phone back up. That came as a surprise and I should of been advised when I dropped it off.
