Staff was courteous and professional. I found Best Buy as a much better option to Apple store. They have the parts in stock and availability of appointments made the process easy and fast.

Kept my IPhone for over 5 hours to change the battery. Once I got it back I found a few days later that they disconnected my front camera.

I have an iPhone 6s and after awhile the battery does not stay charged for long. You almost have to buy a new battery if you want to keep a charge for longer than 1 hour. Get you one!

best buy did a great and fast job replacing the battery on my iphone 6 - 2 years later however i question whether replacing the battery actually helped the battery life

It is very pleasant experience. I check in for my iphone repair at 7pm and i got back my phone at 8:30pm. It is very fast and professional service. Highly recommended. And the price is the same as apple store.

I had the batteries replaced in two iPhones. Not only is Best Buy Apple authorized, but they we fast, courteous, and very professional. I'm not sure why anyone would deal with Apple for such service.

Never called to tell me my battery was in. I live 40 minutes from the store and just happen to drive down there and inquired about when my battery would be in and was told it was there. I attempted to call but sat on hold two times for 30 minutes and no one answered.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Best Buy. It took them 4 1/2 hours to replace my battery and they broke the home button on my phone. They jerked me around for a week and would not make it right.

i went to replace battery thanks to Apple dirty work on killing older models i qualify for a free battery replacement and Geek Squad did a good job of changing it.

I arrived early for my 4:40 pm appointment, but wasn't helped until almost 5pm. At that time a diagnostic was run on my iPhone to verify that a new battery was needed. I paid for the battery replacement and was advised it would be ready in (1) hour - approx. 6pm.
I returned to pickup my iPhone @ 6pm and was advised that it still wasn't ready. After sitting there for an hour receiving occasional updates on additional issues discovered I finally received my repaired iPhone after 7pm.
Upon returning home I was able to view emails that Best Buy had sent on my Repair Status, the 1st which stated @ 4:56pm my repair will be assigned to an Agent soon, then @ 6:59pm my device had been assigned to an Agent. At 7pm the device was ready for pickup. This information was very disconcerting since it appears that I had left for an hour and upon returning I sat there for an additional hour with nothing being done to my iPhone.
This was the worst experience that I have ever had at Best Buy for service and I certainly wouldn't return or recommend them to anyone else.

I purchased an iPhone battery replacement. Geek Squad installed it quickly and efficiently. I was told that my screen protector might crack, but it was fine after the install. They did a great job!
