The ipod nano 5th Gen is good when new. but the best buy refurbished one is not. i bought this as a fathers day gift............ it was scratched up..... and after having it for just a couple hours it shut off multiple times. i ended up getting a refund and just spending the extra money for a new ipod touch for my dad.
