I never thought I would have a robot mop. It is nice for those hard floors.

I really don’t recommend this product. very slow, and leaves the floor all marked and misted.

My wife was excited to get a robot to keep her brand new walnut floors clean. It was fun to set up and watch start moving. But that was it. It left streaks all over our floor, couldn’t get on or off the bases, and then would stop on the floor and sit there for hours - with a wet pad leaving a water mark on the floor. The floor contractor is back today fixing everything. Be old school....but a broom and mop.

Definitely helps when you have a busy schedule. Can map rooms just like the vacuums. Great product.

Great house wifi mop. It cleans and does its own thing without any involvement. Great product.

Its a cool device but dont think that it will be like doing this manually. It can get the job done but not like if you did it yourself.

Great mop, especially with the mapping features and ability to schedule mopping routines.

Worked good for the first couple of months, then we had to start assisting it of it's base, then eventually if we wanted it to work, had to manually start it and push it off it's base, otherwise it would just sit there and wheels spin. Kept base clean and clean pad on all the time. Appears tank possibly leaking down through wheels giving them no traction. Not worth the time, money or hassle to have something take 7 hours to do what I can do in an hour.

This item is a great product. Not only does this mop do a great job, but it is pretty cool technology.

I decided to buy a Braava jet m6 to match with my iRobot vacuum. The Braava failed after 1 year of use. I do not have pets and live in an all tile 700 sq foot town house. The braava would clean after my iRobot vacuum. The left wheel is stuck to the point where it can only spin in circles. After contacting customer support, they offered me a $75 credit on the unit. They explained that they cannot repair my issue and they would only offer me a credit to buy a new one. The braava is a good idea, for a minimal sweep of a home until a deep clean can be done. However, paying $400 for an item that has a known design flaw and with no option of repair is a big no for me. I did not do research before purchase and paid the price.

I use my braava on a schedule after my roomba and the only issue I have encounter is wishing the pads were bigger

Robot vacuum does a really good job cleaning the floors. The only draw back is that the replacement mop pads are a little pricey.

Works great, we have the S series roomba and they work great together. We have a home with 3 dogs it’s a must have.

Not as smart as the vacuum but still a great addition to cleaning devices in our home.

We love this vacuum! We are going to pair it with the room a i7 as now it can navigate dark caret, FINALLY!!
