Great to keep hardwood floors and area rugs clean with 2 dogs

Bought it for my parents for Christmas looks good in the box

Great Vacuum, works under couches and beds, wife loves it.

This roomba does not vacuum in straight lines. It has random patterns and will miss several spots throughout the house. The Neatos are cheaper and have better technology.

I purchased this as a gift for my wife and with holidays did not get to try till January. We used unit twice both times letting it run its full two hours. It keeps bumping into the furniture which seems to confuse it and reroute it. Does not clean room leaving areas untouched. Had to get old fashion vacuum out to finish. Might work on minimally furnished area but not good with too many obstacles. When I went back to store on 1/17 looking to exchange for regular vacuum was told two days past deadline even though nothing noted on online reciept and wasn't looking for refund. After loyal customer for 10 years will never buy anything from there again. Getting a supervisor to even talk to is near impossible.

Works fine mostly. It gets stuck in the corners sometimes, need to manually remove it.

I ordered this item twice and both time the item had missing pieces. Ridiculous! I returned the thing and went with a different provider.

My Roomba vacuum looked like it had been used. I was missing many parts and I spent too much money on it.

I'm in love with my robotina (that's her name), with an schedule of 3 days of the week, clean all my house (1r1b) very very good!

Worked great for 2 weeks, then one of the wheels appeared to fail. Trying to work through returning the unit now, but since this is not usually sold in stores, options appear to be somewhat inconvenient.

This thing hardly picks up pet hair and anything larger than dust. It's gets lost frequently and has taken off with the Christmas tree skirt and a couple of phone chargers. It misses areas and obviously doesn't get around the trim of the walls. I will be returning it ASAP!
