So far so good. I got this for my mom to help vacuum around the house since she has two German Shepherds. It helps keep a maintained house and minimize the amount of hair needing to be picked up when it is deep clean day. The app could be improved but overall works well. I like how after it scans the whole house, you can split the generated map into sections and label them. Then you can tell the Roomba to clean certain areas of the house or the entire house. Weekly maintenance to clean hair from the brush and wheels is a must to keep it running but I find it easy to do. I wish the container that the trash goes into wouldn't use bags since it's another thing to but but it helps contain the dust. When the machine runs, it can be loud but you can tune it out while watching t.v or if your out doing errands. Overall I think it's a break purchase to help keep your house clean. FYI - my mom has tile.

Have an older model which still works but needed an upgrade. The i3 Self-emptying vacuum does a much better job from a physical vacuuming standpoint and also from a programming/adaptability standpoint. More logical cleaning patterns and so forth. That said, it still has some trouble with wire/cords as it continues to try to eat them.

This is great. It runs all over my house and picks up thick black dog hair and then empties on its own. I love that it empties into a bag so 1. The dirt is never flying around the house again, and 2. I know that it’s picking up the maximum amount of dirt in the floor and is never over filled. It has reduced my work load of cleaning every week significantly.

Easy to use and set up. Scheduling run times was a breeze. A little loud when it empties, so don’t let it run while you are working from home.

Vacuum works well, creates a map of the rooms and items. Very cool. Works well on carpet and flooring. Vacuum emptying storage makes maintaining very easy.

Bought this as open box was little worried but it met the expectation strong vaccum with self emptying and price by best buy was very reasonable too Love it and recommend too

Works really good. Wish it was a little bit quieter but still gets the job done.

This is a massive improvement over my older generation model. The self empty feature is absolutely worth paying extra for, and it just seems to work great. I've had it about a month now with no issues. It also seems to be a lot smarter, requiring far less interaction. I've noticed it seems to deal better with wires laying around, etc. I would suspect things like shoelaces would still be problematic, but you can only really expect so much from such a device.

Amazing product, so easy to set up and program. Love the WiFi feature it’s so convenient. Impressed with how well it vacuums.

I bought this vacuum cleaner to clean our 3-room apartment. I have a short-haired dog and friends often visit. Yes, it cleans smooth floors without carpets quite well. It has a big trash can. But its main disadvantage is its brain. or rather its lack of brain. it is an absolutely stupid vacuum cleaner. it does not orientate itself in the room at all and drives chaotically around the room. after its work it does not feel clean. it is not able to drive on carpets at all. in general I was very disappointed and returned it to the store.

Very good product, brushes my mat, cathcing all my hair. Sometimes need some cleaning on the brushes because my hair is long but nothing that 5 minutes cleaning don't solve.Very good to catch day-to-day dirty from differents types of floors

LOVE IT. It runs very well, and is keeping the floors looking great. A little loud, but nowhere near as loud as a vacuum.

4 stars bc i still find time doing other chores while it vacuums the floor/carpet. the only downside is, i still have to prep the whole area to be cleaned like picking up items/ appliances off the floor then set them aside prior to turning the roomba. This is to make sure the entire area will be cleaned.

Bought this for my wife for Christmas. Does a good job at keeping the house clean. Only con is that it is kind of noisy other than that I like it.

We recently bought a tv and received a Best Buy gift card back from the purchase. We have heard from friends and family how cool Roomba’s are so decided to spend the gift card to grab the i3+. Best decision ever! It’s so cool to come home to vacuumed floors and carpets! This one came with the self cleaning box to hold debris in, and definitely worth the extra money! We have mainly hardwood floors, but rugs and carpet bedrooms. Roomba has had zero issues on any surface. Also shedding dog with long hair has not been an issue.

I liked this item so much I purchased another one for the first floor. I called a maid service they wanted $70 an hour I figured after 7 weeks they are paid for, and I'm getting twice the service. The bag fulls up quick account of size. but over all it does a great job. I have shoulder problems and the push pull movement of sweeping the floors aggravates the problem. Plus getting these on sale was the best!

Works very well cleans and then cleans itself could not ask for more

Wife loves this little guy. He is our second IRobot/Roomba. The other did not go out, my wife just wanted to expand her army of Robot Minions. This thing does a great job, and makes up keep with 2 big dogs in the house so much easier to stay on top of.

It does a great job at keeping most of the floor clean. There are some corners or little nooks it won’t reach, but the the state of my floors are NOTICEABLY better than before. I have a long hair cat that sheds constantly so it was pretty exhausting keeping up with the hair cleanup, but now I haven’t thought about hair on my floors in weeks. The cat hair WILL get caught in the wheels, rollers, and the brush. But the Roomba is so easy to clean it only takes a couple minutes a week to clear the hair out. 4 stars are because the the server connectivity, that is required for this to run, can be spotty. Sometimes the app won’t connect to the Roomba but restarting the app usually fixes that. You also need to be careful will cables, small items, and generally anything that will get sucked up by a vacuum because the Roomba will not avoid these and may even become stuck and stop vacuuming until you intervene. So you do still need to keep an eye on your floors. Even if it’s just an initial sweep the morning you have a scheduled cleaning. In conclusion this Roomba is absolutely worth the buy, but keep in mind it is not perfect and you will need to maintain both your floors and the robot in small ways. Also, it’s fun to watch it go.

I was very excited to get a Roomba, and we decided to get the one with the automatic dirt disposal since we have a large house. So far, I am not that impressed. Though it does clean the floors, it often get stuck and does not go to all areas in the house, even when we have unblocked all access points to rooms.
