East to use and set up. The schedule works great. It’s a little noisy when it dumps, but all in all, it’s great!

Nothing i can say bad about the roomba. It does its job perfectly. Had to clean the wheels, sensors and brushes once a week with a dry cloth and remove hairs getting tangled up and you good to go. Before i got it replaced the unit arrived 18 days when purchased online. Purchased 4/26, arrived 5/14 then right out of the box the unit is dead. Returned instore and got a brand new unit which works good. So what i suggest right now dont order online. Buy instore to prevent the same issue i had.

Very good product, brushes my mat, cathcing all my hair. Sometimes need some cleaning on the brushes because my hair is long but nothing that 5 minutes cleaning don't solve.Very good to catch day-to-day dirty from differents types of floors

Bought this as open box was little worried but it met the expectation strong vaccum with self emptying and price by best buy was very reasonable too Love it and recommend too

Second one we have had. This is by far easier to program. And this has a emptying bin

Love this Roomba. Much quieter than the one we replaced and does a better job. I highly recommend getting the disposal tower.

Wife loves this little guy. He is our second IRobot/Roomba. The other did not go out, my wife just wanted to expand her army of Robot Minions. This thing does a great job, and makes up keep with 2 big dogs in the house so much easier to stay on top of.

We love this vacuum, and got it for a great deal on Black Friday. You can set up schedules, and it will map out your entire house, hitting every corner of available space, oftentimes more than once. It does get a little confused sometimes, especially when it is looking to dock (which is very convenient), but other than that, we would highly recommend this vacuum.

Cleans very well and in a very organized manner, but personally not in favor of how loud this device is! The automatic dirt disposal is unbelievably loud, and not at all expected from a Roomba. All in all, too distracting for me to keep while we're having to work from home during this time.

takes some time programming. does a pretty good job of cleaning. does not pick up glitter from wrapping paper. put the base in an open area. robot has a hard time finding way back to the base. only used twice now. see how all the programming goes and if it works. not giving up hope yet

We were told it’s an easy set up. Were not able to connect to our internet. After waiting 45’ for a tech, told we needed 2.4ghrz, we had 5. Told to call internet provider. They said as we didn’t rent our modem from them couldn’t do it. Had to pay our computer guy to come & do it. Got it to connect & work. Did great, but wouldn’t start 2nd time we tried. Again called iRobot. Spent hour on phone, couldn’t do it. Arranged for Robot tech to call & talk with our computer tech. Spent another 45’, not working.Robot tech decided it was defective. Sending another not happy with any of time and now extra money we had to pay our computer guy. NOT AS EASY AS THEY CLAIM!

iRobot Roomba I3+ is great, we had tested a cheaper model to see if it was a right fit for us, and we liked it. We went with this upgrade after we learned that it was a pain to unload the dirt and hair captured in every cleaning route, so having this model that can automatically get the dirt out, and only need to change maybe every 3 to 4 weeks is worth the extra dollars we spent. We've married it with the Braava for mopping, so we can have mostly clean floors all of the time.... Just love the dual.

This is an upgrade from our previous one. I like that it communicates with me when I need to clean, empty, etc. The best part is that it will empty itself and charge itself when the battery is low and then continue to clean. Our older one would die or make it back to the base and not finish. We don't have accidents with pets around the house, but it does not seem to get stuck around the phone cables, etc. It does very well with the pet hair.

Love the mapping feature, and Alexa support. The base with bag is a game changer!

I have 2 dogs that constantly shed, and it did an awesome job picking up all of the hair. It also very nicely avoided the stairs and the iron railing. (It lives on the second floor). Wish it was a little quieter, although it seems about on par for the noise level.

Amazing, my other roomba bit the dust. When I saw this newer version that empties itself, I was sold because that was my biggest problem with my previous roomba since I’d always have to empty mid job. I have kids, a cat, a dog and a husband so lots of crumbs. It’ll empty itself when it’s full, and the app works great. 1 month no issues. Get it if you are a mom who needs extra help, it’ll be your best friend... I even named my Rosario (Will & Grace reference) she’s the biggest help in the house lol

I absolutely love this! Does a wonderful job on both carpet and hardwood. The self emptying is a huge plus! Love love love it!

Was really hesitant buying a robot vacuum, but i honestly have no regrets what so ever! It’s great on tall carpets, hard food floors, tile, etc. Cleans very well and its super easy to clean its brushes and rollers. The app is very modern and straight to the point, but can have some issues when displaying it’s map. Other than that, it is overall really great!

I actually returned this robot. Although it did a great job on the areas it did get to. It was too loud for my taste and it spent a ridiculous amount of time going over the same areas multiple times. This particular model does not have the functionality in which you can tell it to go go to a specific room clean and then return home. I tried to run it while no one was home but it also got stuck on the rug. It didn’t always get stuck on the rug but it did enough for me to be annoyed by it. It did fine on the hardwood and carpet. It just took hours for him to clean my home AND it gets even louder when it empties the bin. I also a had to hard reset it a couple of times to even get it to leave the dock. After about 3 weeks I decide it was definitely quicker and easier to use my upright.

For the price this was I would say this was not worth it. The i7 seems like it could solve some of the issues I’m having but it’s not worth the extra $250 just to test my theory. Still nevertheless, with some slight makeshift alterations the roomba works pretty well now.
