This is my second time purchasing this same model and I love everything about it. I have a very busy schedule so this is a life saver. Love the self-emptying feature. Can be a little bit difficult to set up initially but once everything is good to go you can just set it and forget it.

Works better than I could’ve hoped! It maps the rooms quickly, cleans well, and is thorough.

Love my roomba. The self emptying stand needs to have its bag replaced about once a month in my apartment. Just wish that iRobot offered reusable bags instead of just having a disposable option. Almost everything is user replaceable and very easy to do

This thing rocks !! Does an awesome job. Alittle loud but worth it.

Upgraded from an older iRobot to get the app control features. Never had the feature before to start the cleaning or schedule from the app. Easy to use.

Great little robot vacuum this is the first robot vacuum I’ve ever bought and it works pretty good. It’s not perfect but it’s a robot. It does miss some spots but I’m sure so do we! It doesn’t go in straight lines, so if your using it on your carpet you might not like the carpet lines it leaves. I only have wood floors and it works great on wood floors. If you watch it work I think it’s annoying because it doesn’t go in a good sequence of lines but when it’s all done the floors are 90% clean, just don’t watch it work! I have three Cane Corso’s dogs, I run my vacuum every day. It’s really good at picking up the dog hair as long as you purchase the empting bin. My dogs don’t have long hair their hair is really short it might be different if you have a dog with long hair. I have long hair and I know that hair does get stuck in the propeller thingies and the little spinney brush on the side. But of course that’s going to happen. I run my vacuum when I’m not home, it’s so nice to come home to a clean floor!

It does a good job cleaning, especially pet hair, I love the empty feature, because you don't have to go and empty the robot all the time. There's no real map to access and it says smart mapping navigation, but it doesn't have it. This is my first robot.

Roomba i3 has been working good overall. There has been a couple of times when Roomba cannot connect to the Wi-Fi and when I try to get it started with the clean button, it does not start. I found out last time that power cycling the robot does the trick. (press and hold the home/clean button for a few seconds)

This little bot does a great job keeping our tile and wood floors clean. we have a cat and a dog that shed and it keeps up with the hair, cat litter, and dust. our only complaint is it does not transition well on bathroom rugs and our living room rug. Overal,l we are happy with our purchase.

Cleans up very well and easy to set up. Vacuum on tower is louder than expected, but very happy overall!

The first time I used this it took about 6 hours to do the entire house. It often bumps into furniture and walls as it finds its way and goes over the same area repeatedly. It did a good job of picking up dirt, even a quarter, which made it stop. Navigates across tile, wood and carpet very well. Can seem noisy.

Works great! Gets under sofas as well! A little loud when it vacuums the trash it picks but works amazing.

by far the worst experience that I have had with a vacuum especially being that expensive, i have had this machine for about 3 months and it has been nothing by issues, keeps getting stuck, lost and runs out of battery before getting back to the charging dock, the worst part about this experience is the horrible customer service dept that they have, i have spoken to 3-4 reps and each one wants to do the same thing that the previous one already did and apparently forgot to log in the work that they did, they refuse to replace it for a new one and i had to speak to a supervisor to get them to ship a box and lable for me to get this junk repaired, and its been 2 weeks since that conversation happened and still no box or return label. i called in today to check the status of the label and once again they claim that the "supervisor" never logged in any information so once again its been a month since and no resolution and now i have to wait again for a label and box and aprox 3-4 weeks to get it back. Terrible experience STAY AWAY FROM THIS JUNK!

Absolutely Love this robot. Reason why I gave it a 4 star is due to the fact the vac has an attachment for mopping. It’s a manual process - I would have appreciated not having to switch on/off the attachment. Other than that, I’ve been happy with my purchase.

This is the best. Looks nice and now much less dog hair. It is loud when it empties but I love it!

Bought this as a replacement to an older iRobot. So far this one has performed quite well. I like the idea of not emptying the dust container every week. Set up was a little cumbersome and had trouble connecting it to my wifi. Live in 1700 sq foot home with hard floors and this product does the job.

Roomba helps keep my house cleaner than ever. I do have to pick up toys and power cords or anything that could get stuck before it runs. I incorporated that in my routine. Also hair must be removed from the rollers frequently, well I guess ir depends on how much hair is on your floors or how often do you run your Roomba. Overall I’m happy with the purchase. It’s worth every penny. I don’t know how I survived without it before.

This is our 2nd smart vacuum and it is definitely an improvement. Cleans in a pattern that is not random. Seems to clean at random times though so need to investigate. The only complaint is that when it empties, it is loud.
