Its great. Sound from host vaccuum is a tad loud, but short. Cats are totally ok with it. Cleans really well!

Great little robot vacuum this is the first robot vacuum I’ve ever bought and it works pretty good. It’s not perfect but it’s a robot. It does miss some spots but I’m sure so do we! It doesn’t go in straight lines, so if your using it on your carpet you might not like the carpet lines it leaves. I only have wood floors and it works great on wood floors. If you watch it work I think it’s annoying because it doesn’t go in a good sequence of lines but when it’s all done the floors are 90% clean, just don’t watch it work! I have three Cane Corso’s dogs, I run my vacuum every day. It’s really good at picking up the dog hair as long as you purchase the empting bin. My dogs don’t have long hair their hair is really short it might be different if you have a dog with long hair. I have long hair and I know that hair does get stuck in the propeller thingies and the little spinney brush on the side. But of course that’s going to happen. I run my vacuum when I’m not home, it’s so nice to come home to a clean floor!

We had a very basic robot vacuum and decided to upgrade to this one. What a difference! The mapping capabilities make a world of difference in how thorough a job it does. I don't have to go back after my robot vacuum and get all the spots it missed. The auto-empty function is amazing. So glad we went with this model!

Good vacuum. Have had some issues with it working properly. You must have wifi for it to work, and sometimes it seems to lose the signal so it just kind of stops until it picks up the signal again. This model doesn't "remember" the pattern it has taken in the past, so when you schedule a cleaning it is starting all over again with where and how to go, so it seems like the first 15 minutes are wasted, going over the same spot over and over again and you have to either pick it up and move it or guide it to the other rooms. For the actual vacuuming it works great, it picks up so much and does well making it back to the dock to empty into the bag and then continuing on again. It does well on hard floor surfaces and some very "flat" area rugs we have, but if there is any height to the carpet it does not seem to do well and sometimes gets stuck and needs assistance. I am not sure I would recommend this model, but only because of not "remembering" the paths it has already taken, I'm probably going to look into going up to the model that programs the paths so I can schedule the vacuuming differently.

Love this iRobot. I would give it 5 stars if I had the ability to select which room I want it to vacuum. I like that I can schedule which days to vacuum. For the cost, people should have the ability to select whether they want one room vacuumed or the whole house. Overall, the product does the job well.

Works better than I could’ve hoped! It maps the rooms quickly, cleans well, and is thorough.

It does a good job cleaning, especially pet hair, I love the empty feature, because you don't have to go and empty the robot all the time. There's no real map to access and it says smart mapping navigation, but it doesn't have it. This is my first robot.

Roomba i3 has been working good overall. There has been a couple of times when Roomba cannot connect to the Wi-Fi and when I try to get it started with the clean button, it does not start. I found out last time that power cycling the robot does the trick. (press and hold the home/clean button for a few seconds)

This little bot does a great job keeping our tile and wood floors clean. we have a cat and a dog that shed and it keeps up with the hair, cat litter, and dust. our only complaint is it does not transition well on bathroom rugs and our living room rug. Overal,l we are happy with our purchase.

Had issues with being able to connect to the vacuum after a period of time. Replaced it with a Shark vacuum.

Cleans up very well and easy to set up. Vacuum on tower is louder than expected, but very happy overall!

The first time I used this it took about 6 hours to do the entire house. It often bumps into furniture and walls as it finds its way and goes over the same area repeatedly. It did a good job of picking up dirt, even a quarter, which made it stop. Navigates across tile, wood and carpet very well. Can seem noisy.

Love this vacuum. I have always wanted one and after fostering my Great Pyrenees, I finally caved. I do recommend purchasing the room barrier's if you have a pretty open floor plan as I like to keep it away from the dog water/food area.

by far the worst experience that I have had with a vacuum especially being that expensive, i have had this machine for about 3 months and it has been nothing by issues, keeps getting stuck, lost and runs out of battery before getting back to the charging dock, the worst part about this experience is the horrible customer service dept that they have, i have spoken to 3-4 reps and each one wants to do the same thing that the previous one already did and apparently forgot to log in the work that they did, they refuse to replace it for a new one and i had to speak to a supervisor to get them to ship a box and lable for me to get this junk repaired, and its been 2 weeks since that conversation happened and still no box or return label. i called in today to check the status of the label and once again they claim that the "supervisor" never logged in any information so once again its been a month since and no resolution and now i have to wait again for a label and box and aprox 3-4 weeks to get it back. Terrible experience STAY AWAY FROM THIS JUNK!

Works great! Gets under sofas as well! A little loud when it vacuums the trash it picks but works amazing.

I think this does a great daily job of keeping things tidy. I will put this on while I’m at work and I notice a big difference. I have a dog that brings in grass and this helps keep the floor clean.

I have a dog that sheds and my hair also falls out a lot, so this has been a lifesaver. Despite all the hair the bag doesn’t fill up as quickly as you would think. Long hair does get wrapped around the bottom rollers but they come out easy enough to clean. Its map path is well and organized, doesn’t vacuum in a random path like others. It may not catch all corners completely, but does a good job. Remote access works great and can schedule cleanings.
