Easy to set up and use. Does a really good job of cleaning. All the features work as advertised.

Love this vacuum. I have always wanted one and after fostering my Great Pyrenees, I finally caved. I do recommend purchasing the room barrier's if you have a pretty open floor plan as I like to keep it away from the dog water/food area.

works great. I am using it in a 2000+ sqft area and it cant do a job that in one attempted due to memory and battery. love the self empty station. gets clogged some times but always ez to address. I would say for an area this big it is probably worth the next step up so you would be able to tell it where to go more specifically.

My Neato has been broken for a few months, and I missed the ease and repaxation of having an autonomous robot vacuum. After dirt and crumbs piled up on my rug and floors, we could no longer bear the grit and decided to get a new robot vacuum. The i3 vacuum does a nice job of sucking up the dirt and mess. It even leaves those nice vacuum lines in my carpet, my mother would be proud of this little guy. My wife commented on how quiet this vacuum was when it rolled on into our bedroom. The noise didn't wake us up while we were sleeping. Even my 11-month old slept through it. The drawback to me is the mapping feature. I was disappointed when finding out the i3 would not be able to vacuum a target area or room. Thinking of upgrading to the i7.

I really like the way it cleans and empties on its own. I cannot get the Wi-Fi to connect to program it. It hasn’t been a problem since I like to be in the house when it is running in case it gets stuck.

I think this does a great daily job of keeping things tidy. I will put this on while I’m at work and I notice a big difference. I have a dog that brings in grass and this helps keep the floor clean.

I love my roomba, it takes care of itself to empty and I just change the bag out when it gets full. Definitely a must if you have pets and kids.

Fantastic package at a great deal we love this product it’s very convenient and easy to use and set up especially when you’re not at home a lot. Would definitely recommend to those who have a little extra spending money and would like the niece of mine especially since it’s a really smart device and it has its own station To empty out the bed and go back out to finish their job

Having 2 long haired, heavy shedding dogs at home, I was pretty skeptical that this could hold up to all the hair, but this wonderful piece of tech has been nothing but amazing ! It was very easy to set up if you follow the enclosed instructions. I couldn't be happier with the purchase! Highly recommended!

This product is amazing. It cleans wonderfully. It's noisy but I am okay with that.

Works very well. Wish it had smart mapping, but this level of mapping allows it to pause if battery is low and resume where it leaves off. Nice neat rows is a bit weird to see if you’re used to regular vacuuming by hand. Pretty impressed with the level of cleaning. Wife is ecstatic with this. I wish I would have spent a bit more money on the I7+ Just for the smart mapping, but this is pretty good.

I love this Roomba. It works well and is very responsive. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that the icons for docking and spot cleaning are too small for a senior citizen to easily see. It would’ve nice if they were larger or colored. The way it empties itself is very cool.

Great vacuum. Works really well. Easy to set up and does good job on tile and carpet.

This has done wonders to help with my pet allergies. I use my i3+ with hardwood floors and a ruggable rug (rug with velcro base for detaching a washing). Normally my Dyson cannot vacuum on the ruggable due to pulling the removable layer from the base and getting stuck in the suction head. The Roomba has had no such issues yet. I have mine set to daily use and it is amazing for picking up pet hair and stray litter that our cat spreads. It is not great at getting corners and will occasionally miss a small area (this model does not memorize your home layout). It is amazing for daily maintenance (I only vacuum for touch-ups maybe every 1-2 weeks now). I haven't had any software or major navigation issues so far. The Roomba does occasionally get stuck on a cable or dog toy and did lock itself in the bathroom by knocking the door shut one time. The app is pretty simple and gives you helpful notices when there is any maintenance to be done on the vacuum. My only major complaint about the vacuum bags is that the sensor seems to be bad at telling when they are actually full when dealing with pet hair. I receive notices saying to change the bag from time to time when there is actually just a cluster of hair at the inlet to the bag; the bag being fairly empty. Otherwise, the bags seem to last for a reasonable amount of time. I will definitely be buying a second i3+

Does a good job but can miss small areas. Easy to set up and use.

It is good on hard floor but weak for carpets. It gets stuck a lot of times that I have to look for it when it doesn’t go back to the base. I love the self emptying feature. For the price of this vacuum I expect a better job.

There are some things I wish I had considered before purchasing this product. We have a few long-haired individuals that keep the side brushes full of hair clumps. I am untangling hair balls every other “clean everywhere” job. Before this cleaning routine was put into place, the hair jammed the side bristles and wore out the side bristles motor. It was easy to swap out, but this is one of the reasons there are only 4 out of 5 stars.
