I bought this as an open box at a discounted price. I'm not sure if I would say I would purchase at full price over one I have to empty myself. I rarely have issues with this, but the bag is small so if it runs often you will have to replace the bag every week. The good thing I noticed is I can just empty the bag and put it back in and I'm good to go.

We a dog that sheds a lot and wood floors. While at work, we turn it on and it actually picks up everything. Coming home not having to vacuum or sweep, saves me time. Love it.

It’s okay, I guess I didn’t read the back but this one doesn’t have true smart mapping. The reason for the 4 stars is that it gets stuck so much. My home is fairly flat and it finds the most difficult to get out of places easily. It also needs a lot of replacement parts like the filter and the trash bag. Eventually it will need the brushes and rollers replaced too.

Does a great job and is very quiet. When docking, the empty feature activates for about 10 seconds and it’s loud. Highly recommend this unit. Runs 1.5 hours on a charge.

I love the product, easy to setup and save times lol of time.

Works very well. clean up is easy with just switching bags and setting up schedules on the app is effortless.

I do not know how I lived without Roomba. Works perfectly and I do absolutely nothing to schedule. Service from Best Buy delivery was same day! Cannot improve on this.

I love the convenience of this. There is a know issue with dump bin sensors. iRobot should offer a solution for their customers.

It works great in our apartment. Hardwood floors, it picks up most stuff, but sometimes would miss a small area (one line). Otherwise very useful since it gets under our couch.

Great sweeper listen the bad reviews on here are crazy your buying the entry level robot that empties it self it does a really nice job. Your not buy the 1000 dollar robot but it’s worth the money forsure.

It took 2 weeks for the robot to map every room in my home. It hits everything that is in the way, doors, walls, ext. it even hits the furniture hard even after you save the map in the Ap. But it does vacuum up pet hair. Don’t know if it really worth the money.

Seems like it gets confused and vacuums at same spots. Good overall though

The App for this Roomba is terrible. The connection is sporadic and it would not connect at all for two days even though all of my other Apps and devices worked fine. I am impressed with the robot as it cleans very well. The auto empty feature is a good extra, I just wish the bags were cheaper. I would have given a 5 if the App worked properly.

Everything and more. Goes over carpets and around any obstacle! Can always count on it to clean up my 1st floor before im home from work.

This irobot is great because of the self emtying feature. Suction is sufficiently strong to clean carpet.

Love the ease and convenience of the self evacuating roomba!

After having the i3 plus for a year, I can confidently say this Roomba is not worth the money. The sheer amount of maintenance for it to not be able to do its job is ridiculous. Every time it runs, it gets error 15, system rebooted by itself. I have factory reset it multiple times, which is what they recommend, and it fixes nothing. I am unable to use its smart map feature anymore, as it errors out before it can finish mapping, it will error out before it finishes vacuuming every day, and has now, multiple times, gotten stuck on its own base and died. It constantly leaves rolls of lint and fur on the ground, which needs to be picked up by hand, and the base constantly throws a clogged error even when thoroughly cleaned per iRobot’s recommendation. Buyer beware, this robot vacuum will let you down well within the first year and they will fight tooth and nail to not replace it if you contact their warranty department.

Easy to setup and start cleaning immediately. Pet hairs do cause clogs when emptying.
