Unfixable with bad Warranty Support

It stopped connecting to WiFi and never cleaned. We contacted Best Buy geek squad for support and literally tried everything they asked us to do, which were the same things we had tried before. So nothing worked. Tried to have it sent in as it was still under warranty and was told I needed to pay to send it in. I’m not sure the reason for paying for Best Buy support if I still have to pay. Don’t recommend this product, brand, or Best Buy’s paid geek squad support.

Good for hard floors

Can detect floors and this won’t fall off. No way to create virtual boundaries. Good for hard floor. Battery dies quickly on Carpet floor.

iRobot - Roomba i3+EVO (3550)

It's easy to program and the self-emptying feature is a dream to have.

Great time saver

The only problem I’ve encountered is when it sweeps up some items they get stuck and cause a clog. Other than that it’s been great and I’m not worrying about crumbs, dirt and other stuff being left on the floor all night. My kids even help pick items up so the bot can clean properly.

Just OK, not worth the price.

I’ve had a to order two now. It will just stop, can’t get to the docking station (we’ve moved three times) and constantly has an error message. I wish the mapping feature would be shut off, it’s more problems than it’s worth. Also really struggles if you have any area rugs in the house.
