This thing works great. our floors are really clean when it's finished.

I replaced my iRobot Roomba 960 for this model for the automatic disposal capability. That part works great. However, the navigation seems to be much worse than my 960. In the couple of months I've owned it, it has only completed my entire floor once without getting stuck. The bumper seems to be very sensitive. So if it bumps into something, as per normal, as short time later it reports being stuck in the middle of my floor! After tapping the bumper a few times to unstick it, I can let it continue to finish cleaning. But it's still an annoyance for something that should be fully automatic.

I bought this thinking it would actually vacuum but after just a few minutes it started to spit everything back out. Maybe mine was defective but i returned it. Way too pricey for it to not work. Also, it leaves behind a lot of dust, just keeps going in the same direction for some odd reason

Love it! Easy to use! Really neat how it finds the base and empties itself.

We already had an iRobot for the 1st floor of our home. We recently remodeled the 2nd floor and switched from carpets to hardwoods, so we purchased this unit for the second floor. We are very pleased with this one as well.

Easy to use and clean. Eager to see how it holds up over the long term.

Obviously it’s not going to clean as well as a wired vacuum, but it does the job if you’re a super busy person and want your place to look clean. I also bought if for dog hair (Siberian) and does pretty well and doesn’t clog up!

It works great and awesome. We did test in living room and it worked awesome.

The Roomba I3 performs surprisingly well in our busy house. We were pleased how well it navigated around the many objects in our home. While it doesn't completely replace a regular vacuum it does a great job of keeping up in between and has had no trouble with the self emptying feature which is great since there is no airborne dust unlike when you empty the traditional model.

It is a really good product. Some noise, but vacuum make noises!!

I can't believe I haven't had a self emptying robot before this, but I know I'll never not have one again. Everything was really easy to set up, though I do have a little confusion with the software version my machine updated to right out of the box as it seems to be several behind the latest release listed on the company's site.

Just missing the mapping and no go features but other than that this thing is great. It excels on carpets because of the / roller system something that is patented to roomba vacuums only. If you just have hardwood I would recommend another vacuum with more suction - roombas outside the s9 don’t have a lot of suction but make up for it with the 2 roller system.

Can’t live without this Awesome Technology! We call him “Robbie” and self cleans himself! Floors feel great and look great. Single story home with ceramic floors, for optimal effectiveness

Worked good for about 4 months and then it stopped working. Did everything it said to do but couldn't get it to work again.
