Maybe mine was defective but i returned it. Way too pricey for it to not work. Also, it leaves behind a lot of dust, just keeps going in the same direction for some odd reason

Recently bought this model after purchasing one for my mother. Works great especially on pet hairs like cats and dogs! Also love the base station even tho it can get loud when emptying!
