Roomba is slow to map, does not always go to designated area to vacuum. House is 2300 sq ft and it takes hours for Roomba to vacuum. Have a rocking recliner and it repeatedly tries to vacuum too close and gets stuck in the same place. Cannot always restart from where it was. Seems to be “lost” when restarted. Overall works well if you have the patience and time to keep working with it.

Works well but wouldn't connect to my internet. I had no QR code to link up so I have to always manually start it.

Best vacuum ever, makes cleaning the house easier.

Works great, this is my 3rd robot vac over the years. Having the dust bin is super helpful and easier to take care of then emptying the small container in the robot everyday. i have 4 dogs and 2 that shed a lot so this is key to keeping the hair under control.

I love my my Roomba! With two cats and a dog who sheds I had considered this purchase for quite some time. After some research I decided that the iRobot 3550 had the features that would be best fit my uses. I have not been disappointed. Thank you Best But for having it in stock and on sale when I decided to buy!

It is amazing, we love to watch how it figures out its path to completely clean all your rooms. If we tried the IRobot before we purchased our other expense vac we would have saved those dollars.

I love my Roomba. It picks up every little crumb off the floor. The only complaint I have is that the app sometimes has issues.

My roomba has helped so much. I run it after meals and after my kids are laying down. It's one less thing for me to worry about.

This robot has become my little helper and time saver! Every morning she cleans my living room and bedroom at 9 am! I don’t have to do a thing! More time for things I actually want to do!

Its a good unit! Best part in my opinion is the dump station! Our last vacuum would need dumped 2-3 times each time we ran it. This one sometimes takes up to 4 before finishing but also do to dog hair.

I bought the product and I had poor confidence on it, but I can say now that I love it!!! Super easy to work with it and it really vacuum very very well. You just need to buy the trash bag but also it has a good price. It’s smart device and also can be connect with Alexa!

I love my Roomba i3 vacuum system. I can set it with my cell phone while at work and the floors are clean by the time I get home. What a blessing this has been. It is great for picking up pet hair also.

Is it perfect? No, but honestly it has come a long way and I would still rather do this than spend an evening vacuuming. It is just so convenient and I can’t wait for what advancements they come up with next.

I gave this to my daughter in March of this year, she has not open it up to use it as of yet, however this product I’m sure is good as the rest of my purchases I got.

Great little tool, great for hardwood floors and getting all the dog hairs. You may need to occasionally unclog the sweeper if you have longer hair dogs or people in the house. Just the nature of hair nothing can remove that from the little brush wheel that gathers up all the dust bunnies.

I bought this because we were spending a lot of time cleaning our new hardwood floors. Very pleased so far. It doesn’t get everything but significantly reduces the amount of time we would be cleaning our floors without it. The self empty feature is worth the extra money. It works really well on carpets too.
