Love what a good job it does but taking a star off because it takes forever. I understand it goes faster after it "learns" the mapping in your house.

Loved at first. Been 30 days and already getting error issues. E15 Battery.

Too loud I used twice a day for 5 days bag was already full Also robot got stuck many times

I saw the box had been opened, mentioned to sales person. They said, no it has not, seal just became loose. Now I see here online I cannot return the item because it has been returned previously. I am not sure I am happy with this robot. It clogs easily, it does not clean from rugs, just moves the hair around. It wonders aimlessly, does not have any pattern to show that it is covering entire floor.

My cleaning buddy. Best purchase ever. I have two Golden Retrievers , lots of hair all the time. My Roomba sucks hairs like a pro. It does the job for me!!

Got this for my for Mother’s Day and she loves it and is excited to run it still a month later. It picks up very well and leaves a nice print on the carpet.

This vacuum is awesome! Went from a 690 to this one because of a Black Friday Sale. The only thing is that the base station is loud when it sucking up the dirt from the machine.

Its a great machine, having said that i wanted more. I wanted something that watched for things accidentally left on the floor and would go around plugs etc. I exchanged it for the j9. A bit of a price difference not to bad though. Worth every penny!!!

Does its job. Reliable and a good help for the daily chores

Worked great right out of the box. We have two cats. On its first pass on the main level it had to empty itself in the middle of the job. Same thing happened on the second (smaller) level. We have been using it twice a week to keep up with cat hair.

Love how it works! The notifications for errors are wonderful along with tips of maintenance and how to fix things. Also loved we could give it a name.

Having 4 big dogs it is very effective with daily cleanings. The only downside is using the phone app, they do not allow favorites yet. I've had for about a month and it still says update coming soon. But over all it vacuums well. No more daily sweeping with a broom:)

Sent a possibly used vacuum as new one. Inside and outside Packaging were damaged and dirty. The dust collection bag was advertised to hold for 60 days, but it asked me to replace in single use for 1000sq ft area. It doesn’t clean close to walls or obstacles and corners. There is only 1 map we can set, so it was vacuuming the 2nd floor randomly. I don’t suggest this vacuum for mapping and bag replacement issues.

This is far superior to our last Roomba being Alexa compatible is helpful and being able to program it works a lot better than our previous one

I received this for Christmas. It works great. What a time saver. I just wish it would more is straight lines and finish one area at a time. However, it dose a great job.

Great way to help keep the house clean. Only -1 star for app limitations. Wish i could set bo go zones

Seems to be working fine. So far so good. Only pro alarm I say is the charging takes awhile at a time. Nonetheless this product is fine for the price I got on Black Friday.

Ordering online and in-store pickup was easy. The employees were fast and knew what they were doing. The price for the Roomba was good compared to many other retailers.

I bought this for my parent's as an early Christmas Present. It seems to work well on their hardwood floors and holds up to the strain of three cats in the house. The docking station is a must in my opinion for the Roomba if you have animals in your house.

Had to place unit in central area of house but once located properly it worked great doing the entire house. Only drawbacks are that unit can get stuck under furniture with low legs and does excellent job vacuuming but will repeatedly go over same areas.
