Doesn't work on 5GHz wifi, I didn't see this on the product information page. I had to enable the legacy protocol in my router, then connect my phone to the 2.4GHz network in order to perform the setup. It isn't able to vacuum dog hair from carpet. My standard vacuum cleaner has no problem with this, but the Roomba leaves clumps everywhere. Empty it, even though it wasn't completely full, run it over the same area again and it still doesn't pick it up. Use a standard vac after and it pulled it right up. Seems to work ok on hardwood floors. The poor performance on carpet is probably due to it not having brushes on the rollers. I'll most likely be returning this.

Can't deny the convenience of a robot vacuum but it gets stuck often on ledges and chair legs. The automatic dirt disposal is super loud like a jet engine.

This thing’s been a total pain in the butt has struggle to connect to the app struggle to connect to the Wi-Fi constantly get stuck not great sensing capabilities. It’s trapped between our sliding glass door nonstop misses a lot of trash ended up vacuuming anyway now it just sits collecting dust.

Love my vacuum! We named it “WallE”….it’s so nice to have with three dogs. Definitely helps keep the dog hair down. Love that it empties itself.

i am impressed. i was looking for one of these to take care of some of the vacuuming. while i have not seen one yet that is perfect, this one does a very good job for me. you won't be disappointed.

This was a steal! With Black Friday pricing, this was by far the best deal out there of smart vacs. Having two short haired dogs, I needed a vacuum with sufficient cleaning power. This by far has out performed comparable models. Very thankful for that.

i dont like that robot. sometimes passing dirt. robot have some crazy dids like heading to wall and standing some time. robot front already with scratch already in less then 2 months. so disapponted note ! only good think is that the self emptying feature

so far so good, my last one i7 died after a year, lets hope this does better. so far it is working better then the last

Everybody has complains with the robot vacuums in general, but for easy daily use this machine is amazing. Mainly bought it because it was hard reaching under the bed all the time to clean it and this thing just does magic.

Overall a very dependable vacuum cleaner. Does get stuck more than the I5. Truly a must have if your a person that doesn’t have time to vacuum yourself.

Keeps the floors really clean and navigates pretty well. Wish it was skinnier so it could go underneath the couches. Gets stuck, but easy enough to fix.

The vacuum worked as expected at first. Then after day 8 it start to give me bag errors so I changed the bag and still errors . I ended up returning the vacuum exchanging for a new one hoping it was just a lemon. The new one is being shipped

We love the iRobot i3 vacuum. The mapping could be improved a little and increase square footage.

It's easy, you set it and forget it. Seems to do a decent job in picking up pet hair on carpet, but expect to need to run another cycle for a full clean.

So nice to have when you just turn on a vacuum while you are at work.

I love my roomba! I had an older model that didn't have the waste basket, it is so worth the money to get it. Love the fact I don't have to empty the vacuum. I ordered the bags from Amazon and it was cheap. Get this model

it vacuums really well the batterie las long but I found it verry noisy

We love our new iRobot. Quiet, maneuvers over cords; under furniture that regular upright can't access. Great vacuum, no more pushing an upright! Save me time.

Pretty good. I feel like it gets stuck easily, so you need to make sure nothing is in its way.
