Works well but sometimes have connectivity issues on the app which can be frustrating

Works as advertised, but occasionally buggy and needed to be reset.

When it works its great. It constantly says there's a leak in the seal and has trouble finding its home and/or finishing the job. I've done the troubleshooting to no avail. No one seems to know what that message means.

I did not like this!! I bought this so it would vacuum while I was gone and help me out.., it got stuck so many time and went in the same spot so I returned it

Pretty cool. Works pretty well, and usually cleans the whole house. Leaves dirt sometimes and doesn't always go in my kitchen though

I spent alot looking for a robot vac, the set up was easy, the app is simple, connected to alexa. replacement bags are 20.00 for three. we use it on hardwood and area carpets.

I love it. So easy to set up and use. Emptying the bag is easy as well and it sucks good and hard just how I like it.

I use to say these were for lazy people but finally pulled the trigger after being sick of vacuuming 1-2 times a day because of our shed happy dogs. This thing is amazing and i wonder why i didnt get one sooner. Even though this model doesnt have the better camera to avoid objects, it works suprisingly well. Its expensive but totally worth it in my opinion.

Well after 2yrs of using iRobot, here is my review. its looses suction of debris/dust, sometimes 1/10 it looses communication with base. i dont get much support from customer service because of warranty. Works great for first 2yrs. i had similar issue with mop, got replacement because it was under 2yrs warranty

Been using this for about 45 days now. Very happy with the cleaning ability of this. I'm noticing less dog hair now...which is why we bought it. I've had and continue to have issues connecting the iRobot App to the unit itself, which is frustrating. iRobot customer services leaves a lot to be desired. Considering this Roomba does not have detailed maps like the more expense one, using the App is not really necessary.

Have several long hair dogs in the house and this thing works great. Do have to clean the brushes frequently but it helps keep the hair up.

This is a great tool. The only thing that sucks (no pun intended) is when it empties it clogs the design gets narrower and you have to unclog and the way it’s designed is difficult to unstick.

Exellent price for an excellent product. Great service from the staff at Best Buy! Ordering and curbside pick up were very easy and timelyk. Bought the item as a Christmas gift so it has not been used yet.

So far so good, maintenance is key. I try no clean it every once in a while.

This is the second one we purchased, and it is so worth it. After it mapped the rooms we set up a schedule and it did the rest. Perfect for cleaning up what our dogs track in.

The worst! I had a Neato that ran like a champ. This will not dock. We have done every single step and he will not work. Also forgets to where he needs to clean. Its only 2 months old and i have all harwood floors.

It does a great job l, but it was a little challenging to set up.

It's nice and quiet. It scurried around the house yesterday without complication. It made it into the bathroom and was trapped, but that happens to Grandpa sometimes too.
