Love my iRobot and need to my a second one for the upstairs.

I was super duper excited to get this but was quite disappointed quickly. Maybe I just got a dud or maybe it’s this particular model because I have known others that love the IRobots. I don’t know which it is, but time kept erroring out. I wasn’t even running it on carpet and was getting errors. I literally swept the floor and then ran it just to see if it would work on a clean wood floor but still received multiple errors. Every time it errors out you have to go pick it up, turn it over and check the rollers. Most of the time nothing is even there. In one vacuum attempt it took over an hour just to get one room done because of the errors. At one point it went on the side of a Christmas decor and I got an error that the robot was stuck on a cliff!!! Whenever it did actually pickup a little something the self cleaning function is pretty awesome. Probably the best thing I can say at this point. I am one that absolutely hates returning things and usually will just take the loss to avoid having to return something but I was so irritated with how many errors it received I returned it!!!

This roomba works just fine, but I realized after I bought it that the I-9 plus is the way to go. I exchanged it for the higher midel which was a lot more expensive but I would say worth it.

Worked great out of the box, but has since (2 weeks later) started to leave small bits behind. Not sure if we are doing wrong or if it is the vacuum. Have to do some research for the answer.

We replaced our carpet in the whole house with hard wood. Didn't expect it to be dirtier. lol This is a life saver and our house has never been cleaner.

This product does vacuum the floor very well would recommend for a home size of approx 800sq ft, it starts over again after it recharges but not where it left off. Still a good product!
