I purchased the vacuum to help with keeping up with my dog’s shedding. I sweep daily, and run the vacuum about three times a week. It is impossible for the vacuum to ever empty itself because it is always clogged from my dog’s hair. I have a husky, so it’s not the thickest hair, and I also sweep before I vacuum. I would not recommend if you have pets.

Did not clean all over. Did not empty. Should be able to map layout of room/rooms.

The iRobot vacuum did not work well in our small house. There were too many obstacles per square foot of house. Plus, the very loud end of vacuum cycle is not good for work and scares our cats.

I returned the original purchase because it began to make a loud noise. Best Buy replaced it however, the new replacement was a refurbished model. I realized it when I downloaded the app and saw that it had been used previously in July. This model also is defective. It does not return to its base for a recharge during an extended job. I am planning going to return and ready lace this one too.

The robot clean okay but it gets stuck all the time, so it doesn't finish the job, we are returning it for the self emptying shark

This thing is by far the worst robot vaccuum I have had. It rarely finishes a job where it returns to the base properly and I find myself having to replace the bag as often as I emptied my regular robot vacuum. Not worth the headache!

3months and its broken! Im so upset. I got my Samsung over 3yrs and still works. Although parts on samsung are too expensive it still makes it better the a new i3+ system failing within 3 months!

So far, we have loved our Roomba! We have a dog that sheds like crazy, and this thing keeps the floors looking great.

Mapping the toom is most tedious but the cleaning is awesome

I have a smallish apartment with very little open space. The furniture at the time I bought this was pretty cramped. Plus at the time I had three cats. I realized immediately that this unit is meant for larger spaces so I returned it. The price was far too prohibitive to keep it. Best Buy was very good about the return and I got a full refund.

Didn’t stand up to 2 large dogs and didn’t make it a year without having to return it.

Horrible! This did not work even close to how it’s advertised. I was excited to get this and wanted to love it, but it failed on pretty much everything it’s supposed to be able to do. Did not return home to charge, so it just died wherever. Did not empty itself, honestly pushed more dirt around then it picked up. I can vacuum the traditional way and do a better job than this thing.

Doesn’t really go into more than one room. And it doesn’t work on carpet. I’m constantly having to remove the room back and place her on hardwood.

Not very intelligent. Have to physically pick it up and move it around. Keeps going to the same places over over again

Absolutely horrible. Horrible house mapping, constantly getting stuck, battery doesn’t last, app is horrible and not user friendly, constantly running when it’s not scheduled to

Not very happy with this Roomba. I’m a big Roomba fan. This one does not always empty the bin on its own. The angled ramp For charging is an issue. Often I have to put a thin book under the back ti get it to charge. Prefer the old version and clean the bin on my own.

don’t buy it unless you’re very patient dealing with the warranty, because it is for sure that it will break!! mine broke after six weeks and I have to wait 2 to 4 weeks to get it back! just a waste of time and money.

Easily the worst purchase of my life. Where do I start? The nearly $600 waste constantly gets stuck on flat ground with no obstacles, probably 50% of the time we use it. The app crashes constantly. It is constantly screaming error messages at me, which the app gives only vague explanations. These messages in the app state that you must press the "clean" button, but when you do so NOTHING happens EVER. We purchased this ahead of moving to a new home so it remained boxed for several weeks and by the time we got around to TRYING to use it consistently, we were passed out return date. Stay clear of this mistake. Just a reminder that they have the nerve to charge nearly $600 for this!!

Horrible, I have used the thing twice and it is always giving me problems. I bought at the end of November and as of today it is just stuck with a red ring light. I am out of the return period and I regret this purchase. Do not buy
